Coffee tasted burned. Bagel sandwich had a rubbery bagel obviously heated in microwave. Clump of bacon the size of a 50 cent piece smack in the middle... Did get to the bacon chunk until I'd had several bites. No where near McDonalds quality.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin ive ever been to coffee was wrong egg bagel was just thrown in the microwave. The wrapper was so hot. It could barely touch it, but not toasted. Never again. Will I ever come into this place?

I am so disappointed as i love Dunkin but this Sandwich was stale bread cheese was cold inedible I tried so hard to eat it and almost lost my teeth biting into it. Coffee was in fact watered down and Spanish woman that works there is always on her phone and not so good attitude when you ask if they can fix your sandwich unfortunately won’t be back unless things change.

This is our FAVORITE Dunkin! They never disappoint with their quality or service. I can get an iced coffee at 8am or 8pm and it always tastes freshly made. Thanks for setting the bar for Dunkin!

This Dunkin' offers a drive thru just outside the Fort Myers airport with Dunkin' standard donuts and a whole bunch of coffee concoctions, including 6 cold brew nitros. Service is quick and fast

Just came through the drive thru about 20 minutes ago. I ordered a large hot blueberry doughnut coffee with 4 Splenda. As I watch the woman make other customers drinks I notice one of the drinks she made was returned by a customer. She then brings me a large iced coffee. I said to her it is supposed to be a hot coffee. She responds and says no you ordered iced. I then said to her if I ordered iced why am I being charged for a hot coffee then. She walks away mumbling under her breath and brings me a hot coffee. And that isn’t right. She just made a regular coffee with cream. Not happy. Not sure if she did that on purpose or she didn’t read the screen correctly. Either way I’m not happy. Been here many times before and never had an issue. Idk maybe she was having a bad day

Bad service. The 7 eleven next door is a better option. Even if you don’t like 7 eleven this one is an exception lots of pastries and coffee selections you won’t find at other 7 elevens
