I want to let you know I was discouraged by a different Duncan this morning and then went over here and got me everything I ordered over there my bacon was great my macchiato was great my donut was great and great customer service so I wanted to tell you miss Abigail you are doing an amazing job keep up the good work you are wonderful you put a smile on my face and my food was fresh and my macchiato was on point so I want to say thank you and have an amazing day I appreciate when we have good management and places like this clean fast and friendly I love it

Hands down worst Dunkin I've ever been too, and this Dunkin is very modern. Sunday morning 10ish, and it fairly busy. Why would all the donuts I order be stale? Every donut we tasted and we order 12, were at least a day old and probably older. We actually through them out and drove 20 minutes to Crispy Cream. Trust me when I say, save your money, it's not worth it! There's a reason this place has a horrible rating!

This morning idk what the girl's problem was at the window but she was rushing me (I know there's a timer for drive thru but I don't think I was anywhere near 160 seconds) and I only got 1 drink and 2 donuts. every other time l've come here the people are nice or at least polite, but she slammed the window shut 1 second after giving me my drink... wow🤩 so blonde girl if you're reading this that was extremely rude of you and I hope you have the day you deserve. I didn't say anything to you or provoke you in any way so I really don't understand it. I know people need money & of course you have the right to work but you should probably stay away from the window cause that was unpleasant & you obviously don't like it, also your pin pad/chip reader was dirty so someone should wipe it down. My coffee was delicious, donut was good, the customer service is my only complaint.

One of the Best Carmel Latte 's ever. The store is a challenge getting in and out, bit worth it. Small selection of Donuts though.
Multiple visits to this location, the service is terrible and they never get your order right. Tried many times, but it's always the same. Too bad, since it's so close and my family loves Dunkin!

Ordered 3 dozen donuts and treats. Person filling order looked extremely bothered. I ordered assorted. So should have been easy. I can spend $60 on office breakfast somewhere else and hey a thank you. Lots of competition in the close area.
