Love Dunkin but maybe someone should tell the blonde girl that works the drive thru that customer interaction might not be her thing. I don’t think someone could act more annoyed or inconvenienced just by the presence of customers.

I asked for a bigger straw for my medium drink and when she told me no I stared at her in shock then she slammed the drive thru window closed. Then when I got the rest of my order I got nothing but eye rolls and rudeness

i hate to be that person but it’s just really frustrating to pay for something and have it made wrong twice. I ordered a strawberry coolatta and they gave us one that was barely pink and already separated like it had been sitting there for forever so I asked them to remake it and then again they gave me a barely pink coolatta that tasted so bad but they already seemed aggravated so I just left it at that. I also have the dunkin rewards app and i asked them to scan it and she like pretended to scan it and i didn’t get the points so I’m even more frustrated.

Came in at 7am for my Morning coffee and bagel with cream cheese. Instead I got a dry piece of bread with a dab of cream cheese. I mean it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to spread some cream cheese on a bagel!! I had to turn around and come back just to have the manager be rude like I was bothering her. I mean ain’t I the paying customer?? Why am I getting an attitude?? Why not teach your employees to spread cream cheese on a bagel properly cause what I received was a damn JOKE! Do better!

Pulled up to the window and ordered a coffee, lemonade and doughnut. The worker advised me to pull up to the window so I did and after 5 mins of just sitting at the window I left because nobody even came to it.

This place is terribly inconsistent. You never get the same tasting beverage twice, they'll completely forget to give you items in your order and seem to never keep their staff (for obvious reasons). Buyer beware.

Guy working the window messed up our order pretty bad and the proceeded to get mad at us when we said something about it
I find it upsetting that I ask for very little ice or zero ice and I am given a cup that looks like someone have been already drinking out of it… I don’t understand how Dunkin allows this type of amounts to leave to their customers, I even requested a large size because I am looking for more coffee and less ice… why can’t you allow your employees to top off the cup and do what’s right for the customers request? I was given this cup and that was all I could do.
