Is amazing how this team has been getting my breakfast order done every morning so perfectly prepared. They are always on point with everything. This is the only DD location in SWFL in which for sure your hot coffee will never be cold. From the very welcoming lady taking the drivethru orders, the baristas, the manager (always see her helping the team) and everyone in between this ppl make a difference in my day with their fast, friendly and efficient service. I don't usually post many reviews and I am an avid Dunkin orderer I go to dunkin' almost on a daily basis this Dunkin is by my house and every single time that I order the drink that I order, I order light ice and they asked me to either pay an extra dollar to fill it all the way up or the cup is half filled and when I ask about it they say that they can't fill it up anymore because the base is expensive but they are the ONLY Dunkin in Fort Myers that does it that way.. I would go to a different one.

I had such a wonderful experience at Dunkin thanks to Nicole. From the moment she greeted me at the drive thru her energy was uplifting and contagious. She had such a genuine smile and a warm personality that immediately made my morning better. It is rare to come across someone who truly enjoys their work and makes customers feel valued in such a simple yet meaningful way.
What stood out the most was when I accidentally drove away without my sandwiches. Instead of letting it go, Nicole came running after my car just to make sure I received what I ordered. That small act of kindness and dedication showed how much she cares about the people she serves. She went out of her way without hesitation and with the same positive attitude she had shown from the very beginning.
Nicole turned what could have been an ordinary quick stop for coffee and food into a memorable moment that made me smile all day. Her great personality, energy, and commitment to excellent service truly deserve to be recognized. She is an outstanding representative of Dunkin and I am grateful for the time and effort she gave to make sure my visit was not just good but genuinely enjoyable.

The people working today,9/18 at 8:40am were ALL very nice. Greeted me, smiled if they saw me from a distance, asked me how I'm doing today. They were quick with the food. Location is small but perfect for on the go. Getting here was a little confusing but I figured it out.

I have to give the Manager at this location, Neka, a huge shout out! I have had the pleasure of working with her for a corporate event and she was nothing short of amazing and so so helpful! Even with a change to the order with three days until the event, she worked with us, and was the ONLY Dunkin in the area to answer the phone and take our bulk order! Came in July 5th at 3:30 and I didn't see my mobile order on the counter so I went back to my car to get my phone because I thought I might have ordered at a different location. The girl inside basically acted like I was lying to her thinking that I already picked up my drink I said no. And then she said well you're the only one that has been in here in a while are you sure you didn't get it and I said no basically wanting to argue with me. I didn't look over at the takeout area and I said is that it? And guess what there it was . Bottom line is I just started coming here recently And live real close this is no way to treat people when they walk in the door totally uncalled for

They brighten up my day, I’ve never left this drive thru without smiling. Order is never wrong. Energy is never anything less than phenomenal.
