I was excited this place opened close by but the service is TERRIBLE every single time. My order is always wrong. They always have an attitude. This place needs real management to come and fix these issues

Absolutely the worst , they hardly speak English, never understand your order or if they do its a ordeal, my wraps are always with a cold spot in the middle and when I go back its always a look and a bit of a attitude....two managers in the last year..same terrible service..also last 2 times no bag for my food or napkins ...from a guy who always has breakfast at dunking donut...I have to drive another 10 min to get warm food and decent service...please fix

Person in charge is very rude and so unprofessional. She told me to go to window because she didn’t understand what I was ordering. I get to window just to be rushed, told me I was at the window and need to order quickly! She then tried to argue with me about what sandwich I order. She got annoyed and ask one of her employees to help her all while another employee was just standing there next to her!

This is the worst Dunkin location. They do not acknowledge you when you walk in, they make you order from a kiosk only and does not offer any help to order, nobody speaks English. I would give this place negative stars if I could.

The women in charge is very rude. She has terrible customer service. The other employees seem ok. My order was wrong so I went inside instead of just trying to make it right she lied to me about my order being wrong when it clearly wasn't. I had proof on my phone and the ticket. She tried to make me think I was wrong. When she gave it back to me she was very snotty and giving me dirty looks while speaking to her co-workers in Spanish. Beware I will never go there again.

Went through the drive-through ordered a large hot latte sugar topped with whipped cream. They gave me a large hot latte with mocha whip cream, and five sugars didn’t realize what I had took a drink of it. By the time I reached a stop sign. My throat was getting itchy And dry. My mouth was getting numb looked at the cup and realized they had mocha in there. I’m allergic to chocolate luckily for me I have EpiPen. I pulled up to the window since I was right there at the stop sign and explain the situation for them. They laughed Asked me to pull around front and they gave me a another latte with no sugar not topped with whipped cream tasted like crap if you’re gonna have Spanish workers working at the window make sure they understand English I could’ve died in my car while I was driving to work And the only thing I would’ve had for it was a bunch of young girls laughing about it there that the first instance that I had an issue with that Dunkin’ Donuts I don’t even know why they opened it because they don’t get any of your orders correctly unless you speak to them in Spanish you’re not gonna get your order correct I know because I am Puerto Rican but I shouldn’t have to go to the window and order in Spanish if you’re here in America, if you don’t understand the language, you shouldn’t be working. The drive-through could’ve caused somebody’s life and I’ve already been driving down the road at 50 miles an hour and lost consciousness, cause I couldn’t breathethat could’ve been a major issue. Also, I suggest nobody goes to the Dunkin’ Donuts.

The new Dunkin' on Palm Beach Boulevard is great. Drive thru is fast and service is friendly. Inside there isn't seating and you can order on self service screens or at the counter. Love the location, easy in easy out, easy access to the gas station.

This was the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to! The whole time I was ordering I was being rushed. Then when I pulled up to the window, the drive-thru girl was talking about me in Spanish. I answered back in English. If you’re miserable at 6:30am you shouldn’t be working a drive thru window.

I’ve been coming to this location since they opened. Had a normal experience up until today. Lady was extremely rude when I asked for no cheese and she accidentally put queso, so when I see it on the screen and say, no cheese please, she gets loud with me. I apologized because I saw on the screen queso and my child cannot have cheese so I wanted to make sure there wouldn’t be cheese and she got loud again so I left my order and drove away. I’ll just drive 3 minutes down the road and get better service there to avoid that again.

At this DD always i came in I did make my order and wanted to use the restroom they say it’s broken the first it was 4 months ago and now today they did told me the restroom it’s broken. DD need to remove this restroom. !😡😡
This place is poorly ran probably one of the worst Dunkin' donuts I've ever went into my first avocado toast wasn't toasted at all they didn't even put it in the toaster I asked if they could just remake it and toast it so they decided to burn it so bad that it was uneatable I couldn't even bite through it so I go in to get my money back nobody there can do a refund they had to call somebody on the phone to figure out how they can get my cash back for it I will never go back here they need new management and retrain their staff how to do their job slowest service ever the Spanish woman who works here at the counter in the mornings has the worst customer service ever she is sinking this place day by day I'm not sure why the husband keeps her working there because she's destroying the business when he's trying to build it but with all of their employees having attitudes not speaking English rude to you if you come in to order force you to use the kiosk if you have cash and you can't use it it's a problem they're going to sink their self so bad with all of the regulars they could have had there's two DD nearby this one so it's very easily to go to one of the other ones who actually treat you with kindness.

I had the most nasty interaction today with this lady over there. She look mid 30s to 40, blonde streaks in her hair and she looked a bit short. She had an attitude while i was ordering and was consistently yelling at me to hurry and order. And once she made a mistake on my food and i sent it back she dropped everything and made another employee handle my order. She was also yelling and making exaggerated motions while yelling in spanish in which i understood bits and pieces. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience at a fast foods.

They are ALWAYS rude to me when they see me pull into the drive thru. I hear them being nice to the car in front of me but when I pull up they are so rude. They say “what do you want??” Then tell me to “pull around” and cut it off short. I wish I didn’t have to go there but it’s to only one on my way to work.
