First they shorted my order & wouldn’t answer the phone so I had to call DoorDash then two weeks later on Halloween my coworker placed an order & I went to pick it up the order wasn’t ready yet they were packing the coffee & other creamers sugar gave me the bags I get back to my work & they didn’t put the bucket of doughnut holes on the order but told me your all set. I drive back wait inline tell them what happened and the manager was about to say something but the guy that packed the order said yep you didn’t get it because nobody packed it. Not a problem but the manager kinda pissed me off with out even saying sorry this happened or anything so this is my last time with Dunkin’.

What even is this?! I asked for extra toasted and extra cream cheese and THIS is what I get? Absolutely unacceptable. The fact that someone thought this was okay to hand to a customer just screams no care in what they’re doing. And of course when I try to call their number “isn’t accepting calls right now.” How convenient. This right here is exactly why I stopped going to Dunkin. The only reason I even went today was because I had a gift card, and now I remember why. Pathetic.

We ordered delivery. Two of the items were disgusting. The hot chocolate tasted like it had coffee in it and another drink tasted like it had egg dropped in it. Tried calling the number on the receipt and you get a recording. Noone calls you back.

I live up the street from this location. I only had 1 oreder issue with them in 8 months, and it turned out to be my bad lol.
Excellent service though. Always. Case in point: this morning I ordered online like I normally do and walked down the street to pick up my order. This is just after 5:15 AM. The person behind the counter serves the 2 customers ahead of me (2 cops about to start their shifts), a drive-thru order myself and the gentleman after me without missing a beat or much lag time and the best part is the entire time he had a kind disposition and smiled genuinely. I couldn't help but notice he was all alone...so I asked him what happened to his crew? He said his baker never showed up. How many of you would still be as kind as this man? Dunkin GIVE THIS AMBASSADOR OF EXCELLENCE A WELL DESERVED RAISE AND PAID VACATION AND FIRE THE BAKER!

I have been to many Dunkin’s and none have made it the way this one does it. I usually get an extra shot of espresso and at other places it can come out a bit harsh, which is not the case here. Creamy and delicious with amazing customer service, will always choose this Dunkin.

We go to Dunkin on a regular basis, and yes I am boosted, but if I did a review every time I would be on my phone all the time. This time was a different location and everything was just as great as usual, especially the coffee!

We waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for 1 coffee, we had also waited at the menu screen for 5 minutes in addition to those 30 minutes. The workers were horribly incompetent and under qualified. according to them their manager had quit when asked why they where taking so long which has nothing to do with the speed of working.
Been going here for years now and this morning I ordered two wake up wraps and it was easily the worst breakfast sandwich’s ive ever had. The worse part is I was in a rush so I had to force myself to eat it.

I went there a couple weeks ago. Hadn't been there in ages even forgot it was there in the Howard Johnson's parking lot. Anyway, I know it was 4:00 in the afternoon, most of the donuts were gone I couldn't get what I want so I ordered some others. Ordered some blueberry donuts which tasted like they were a week old, dry, and terrible. Also got some jelly filled donuts, and there was a itty bitty tiny bit of jelly right where they put it in and the inside was empty. They also tasted like they were days and days old. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Jellyfilled donuts that aren't filled, donuts that are so stale and old they should have been thrown out a week ago. Will never be back. Good thing that circle k has awesome fresh donuts everyday. Even if 4:00 in the afternoon they're still fresh and good. Never thought I'd see the day that dunkin' donuts the worse than a freaking convenient store.

We are appalled at your store manager's actions! How could she permit a customer to tie their dog to an outside restaurant table? When questioned about the dog being tied to the fence, she explained that the owner had left it at the table and requested its release at 4 o'clock, which would have put the animal in harm's way during rush-hour traffic on a busy road. This decision raises serious concerns about animal welfare and potential abandonment. We are shocked that managing dogs appears to be part of a supervisor's role. The SPCA and police should have been notified immediately by the manager! Thankfully a concerned customer made both reports. Lee County takes a strong stance against animal abuse. We demand action and expect the manager to be held accountable; otherwise, we will be forced to take our business elsewhere.
