This is by far the best Dunkin Donuts! Elson, the Manager, is always so happy and extremely kind! He provides outstanding customer service and so does his team. He gave my daughter extra munchkins and when she opened the box, she was so surprised! Thank you for providing exceptional customer service and for making our day!

Whether it’s before work, after work, or even during my break, I always be coming to this one. At first I was like, “What’s even the point of a no drive thru Dunkin’?” Then I realized: Who cares? Cuz when you walk in, you’re greeted with what I feel is the best Dunkin’ staff around here. When they see me comin’ with my uniform on, they know what’s up. It’ll all be a short visit, waiting for my usual order which is currently the Daydream Refresher but I haven’t stopped comin’ here. In fact, I always try to find a way to come here. It’s quiet, ready to order, and I’m always out with a smile and a good drink. Sometimes…even a donut. Thanks, y’all!

Was on vacay last week, and the manager was legitimately the nicest person we met down here. Forgot his name but great customer service. First time at a dunkin and one of the best iced coffees I've had

PLEASE CORPORATE OR OWNERS TRAIN THE STAFF!!! twice now i have gone in and given my order and they ring it up wrong so when i get my coffee it technically was made correct to what was on the sticker but not what i ordered. you can tell there are employees who struggle heavily with the register. today i ordered liquid can sugar in my iced coffee and i got granulated sugar. they are always slammed so i dont have time to say anything and get a remake because i’m always on my way to work. Staff is overall pleasant just really need training. i always wait 15 minutes if i don't mobile order.

They opened at 5 am so huge points for that. Both my wife and I got lattes with almond milk. They use sweetened almond milk which surprised us but shouldn’t have. My wife couldn’t drink hers because it was so sweet but I finished mine even though I never add sugar to anything. Great service. Very lovely staff.
