When I order a vanilla ice coffee (for a drive through ordet) with a turbo shot..... that's what I want. When I get an ice coffee with.... Nothing .... and have to go in, tell them what's wrong with it, ask for a replacement and STILL GET THE WRONG KIND, I'm not a happy person. Also, it would seem in thr customer service industry that the employees would at least be friendly to thr patrons. EVERY single time I go there they try to charge me for full price of each egg and cheese sandwiches that is on sale of 2 for$3. I ALWAYS specifically ask for that and the total is always higher than it should be. I usually get a couple coffees some munchkins the sandwiches and orange juices or milk. My totaly is usually $20 bucks or a little less. Anyone who isn't paying attention could easily be charged full price.
