congrats to the chic who gets my first negative review: so since ur worker (gabriela) this afternoon had zero interest in her job (find a new one if you have a bad attitude and don’t care about the business or good representation) then i will tell you here- i went to order a small hot coffee. it was cold. so she remade a new batch. i left and had to go back in for a refund bcuz it was still not warm. i tried to tell her something must be wrong with the machine bcuz i am familiar with them i get them everyday and she had zero interest and a bad attitude. horrible. but the male there was very sweet! sucks bcuz i like dunkin on 6 mile for the amazing workers, and to go to this location in the afternoon out of convenience just sucks. like i wanna just ruin ur day girl? no. i just wanted a coffee. and hot coffee. have some respect and find a new job if you hate working there.

I don’t usually post 1 star reviews. However, I just went to this Dunkin location to enjoy a few wake up wraps after a long stressful day of work. I sat down around 4:20pm to hang out for 10-15 minutes because I was under the impression that this location closes at 6pm. A male employee decides to come over with a mop and starts to mop my feet underneath the table. It was so rude and clearly he wanted me to leave so that he could go home early. Unfortunately, I will not be back to this location because this is now the second time I’ve had a bad experience.

One star for the unacceptable service I received today. Google reviews can damage your business, so you guys need to do better. Elsie took my order, asked me at the drive thu if I was using my rewards app, I said yes. I paid for my order then was told I couldn't add my points from my receipt. This is unacceptable and I will be contacting Dunkin corporate division to get my points. I'll NEVER return to this location.
I stopped here (drive thru) and I wanted munchkins.... Didn't have any. I then asked for a donut.... They didn't have it. I ordered a frozen chocolate and 2 sweet tea's. We got unsweet... Not going back to that one ....

Just spent 26 minutes in the drive thru. They were only taking two orders at a time. Only taking the next order once the car at the window was served. Today was the last straw. Over the least year this place has gotten increasingly worse. They are slow, orders are incorrect. One time they told me to park and they would bring my food out to me, they didn’t. I had my dog with me and had to get back into the long drive thru line. I got back to the front and they said “I didn’t know which car was yours” … like what? Today was the last straw. Never again.

Finished working out at Amped and drove up to the drive through at 6 this fine Sunday morning to get a black coffee, waited for an employee…nothing. The employee parking lot behind the building was empty. 6:04 rolled around, still no one. I left. The owners must enjoy losing out on money because they hire employees who don’t show up on time.

Arguably the friendliest, cleanest and well run Dunkin I've been in. The manager, Amanda, does a fantastic job motivating her staff to deliver great service. It shows because you get the same level of great service when she is not there. Great job to her entire staff. Again, very friendly staff! Thank you
