Called in a large order for pick up yesterday. Spoke to someone at 2 PM, they got all the details and said it’ll be ready at 6:30 AM. This morning at 6:20. No one knew what I was talking about and there was no order ready to go or even written down anywhere. However, with some urging by me the staff hustled and got this order together within 10 minutes. They all worked together and got it done.

I’d give no stars if it was an option I went in the other day and this girl who served me named “Frankie “ she decided to have an attitude towards me and rolled her eyes and was talking about me in front of me over having to re make my drink and the manager that was on duty was standing there with her and was just laughing

This location can't handle busy times. They are extremely slow and rude. They feel justified to have a bad attitude and talk down to customers , when busy, utilizing the "busy" excuse.

I came at 10 to 7 and the sign says they close at 7:00 but the employees no longer wanted to serve me.

Placed an order, we got home and it was wrong. Called to mention it they said to come back then hung up the phone. We went back and showed them the order they put 2 donuts in a separate bag. So we came home and they still were not the donuts that were ordered. None of these donuts are Boston Cream. Maybe they need training.
