1 employee working for Dunkin Donuts. She was busy, efficient, friendly. Not a clue on what her pay rate is, but it should be doubled!! My coffee number 2848 @ 11:16 am, on October 12th. The iced Caramel Latte, with a shot of espresso was one of the best coffees I’ve had. Thank you to the young woman who prepared my coffee.

So I’m not want to leave reviews, but I had to come on here and say a couple things I’ve been going to the Dunkin’ Donuts for years and there has been a big turnover, but the staff that they have in there right now as soon as my husband and I walk in, they know our face and no exactly what we want And I drink a spot on every single time. Now that goes to say I’ve been to all the other Dunkin’ Donuts because a drive-through is convenient but the new drive-through Dunkin’ Donuts by 75 that’s a different story. I went there for almost 2 months. They never get my drink right, after every single day so I stopped going there and went back to the Dunkin’ Donuts inside the store. You might have to wait a couple minutes but so do you everywhere else so a drive-through is not always the best especially when people remember your face and get your coffee spot on have a wonderful Monday

Duncan's is not usually my regular stop, I just don't have time for it. I think the coffee is a little bit on the weak side, I tried a couple breakfast sandwiches and I was impressed. Good job.

I can say, this location is under new management. The coffee is always made to perfection and the crew is so friendly and makes everyone welcome. They serve food up until they close at 6 and they always have everything in stock. They are fast paced. Some of these reviews do not apply to this particular location. There is no drive through and the girls here never seem to be on there phone in customer view. Great Dunkin!
This is inside a gas station. It could be much cleaner around the Dunkin area, at least. The workers like to be on their phones constantly which is disappointing but that's the world nowadays ? I don't order food here because I don't trust the cleanliness but coffees I feel are ok.
Every once in a while one of the guys will grab donuts on Friday for everyone. I go to order a dozen and notice they have no donuts (none I needed to get.) No Boston cream, jelly, crulers, apple,glazed...The girl tells me I need to get here earlier... it's 8:20.

Rude staff. Decided to get my daughter a treat Monday April 1st about 6pm. When through the drive through only for voice through intercom (?) to say the store is closed. Fair enough. I asked what time the store closes. The response, “we close now” preceded by sniggering. Childish.

The level of incompetence is off the charts. They NEED a whole new staff. My order has been wrong the last 5 times due to the lack of common sense and hospitality. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid so it’s very disappointing to see this happen.
