The only reason I am giving them a three is because the girls in the morning are really very nice. Other than that they are always out of stuff.... they never have what I want.i was just on there and I went inside (I usually go thru the drive thru) and the guy was so rude! We was a real asshole. I'm going to be go to the one in Leigh from now on. Which sucks because I live less than 2 minutes away.
Update: this place has gotten a lot better they usually always have what I want. And everybody there is really nice.
Staff is great. Sometimes they are behind at the drive thru due to staffing issues. Overall, it is a great location.

I see a ton of bad reviews which is crazy to me because this is a dunkin I visit regularly! I've never once had a bad drink and I've tried lots from the menu, although I don't order food much I've never had a bad experience with that either, as for the workers/staff I think they're wonderful! The staff has been nothing but kind to me, great people. I suppose they treat me how I treat them though..
Kid-friendliness: I've seen some kids come in and the workers are so very kind to them. Warms my heart!!
This Dunkin' location is a good place to stop by to grab a bite and drink. Service is decently fast and the quality is the same as most other Dunkin' locations. Never had a problem.

As always service with a smile was fantastic coffee is always great donuts are wonderful and The employees were dressed up as a medieval vampire and a pirate and they weren't afraid to have a photo taken for a review so they were fun folks. The only reason why I knocked off a star is because when you take your first sip of an iced coffee and get a mouth of all the sugar at the bottom that did not melt because liquid sugar wasn't used it's kind of annoying but I'm okay with it because I have a sweet tooth but the wife doesn't care for it too much because it's hard to stir and melt sugar into iced coffee but other than that it's always good.

Worst Dunkin Donuts i have ever been to I drive up takes 10 minutes for them to start taking my order when theres only one person infront of me then gives me a plain bagel instead of a everything bagel and thats not the worst part she asks me if i want cream cheese i say yes but then she doesnt even give me any plus my drink was supposed to be a iced chai latte but instead it was pretty much just a glass of milk how the hell do you mess every single thing up smh

Rude staff (Sherina), she does not know the difference between coffees, their staff never get the orders right. For your information Sherina, Cafe con leche contains equal parts espresso and hot milk, whereas a latte has more milk than espresso. If a client requests Splenda, please add it to their coffee, 90% of the time is not added. This location needs retraining and a new manager. Lost a long time client.

I own a construction business and I come here almost every morning every time who ever makes the coffee either don’t know what they doing or they using toilet water the ice taste and smell disgusting I don’t know how many times I had to throw away my coffee they need cleaning inspection on the products they use in wasting my money

Stood inside for almost 20 minutes waiting does the drive-thru was backed up for my order along with multiple other people screwed it up burnt coffee was like dishwater avoid this place at all costs
