Crazy when you order a breakfast combo you can't substitute your drink... Even When you're willing to pay an upcharge I don't like coffee I wanted a simple milk Water or soda I would have been happy with anything but coffee definitely will never go back....

This is one of the worst Dunkins in Fort Myers! this is my 3rd time visiting and I ordered to pickup; took hash browns almost 5 mins and then they were stone COLD - oh, and given to me by the Manage (tall white lady, long ponytail, whose always chewing gum)! HORRIBLE experience each time!

Terrible experience in the drive thru today.. the staff member over the speaker could not hear us. He kept repeating himself with an attitude.. we had to pull up to the window so we could be heard.. the girl at the window was no better with repeating herself.. asked us multiple times if we wanted our receipt when we said no, it took 3 employees to help us with a simple order. The tall black man would not stop giving us dirty looks the whole entire time we were at the window, he had a headset on so he may have been the one at the speaker.. he made me feel very uncomfortable with the consistent dead glare he gave us. No one smiling everyone looked miserable.. acting like they were on drugs. I was afraid to eat my food could have been contaminated.

Overcharged me for my med drink and sammich. Got hazelnut brew , no hazelnut was added no cream it was terrible then homie copped an attitude when I asked for the drink to be made correctly . T-Rex

The workers were doing their best and I wouldn't blame them for the basic frozen chicken patty that was used for the chicken croissant lol the empanada was just basically a breakfast hot pocket
