This Dunkin’ is an absolute joke. They screw up my order EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Avoid this dumpster fire of a location at all costs. They don’t deserve your money or your time. Trash.

This morning around 6 am I got a latte and an everything Bagle. The latte had coffee grounds still floating at the bottom and the Bagle I had tasted like sweaty hands 🤮 as if the person preparing it didn’t wear any gloves or had their hands washed. Idk but I instantly vomited after taking a bite

This store has some of the rudest employees. I have visited This store three times, two of those three times they did not have the green tea to make refreshers Which is OK. I totally understand they have no control over shipments, And supplies. What does bother me Is how nasty they become. When I ask for my money back because I don’t want to substitute for their nasty overly sweet lemonade.

0 stars if I could. Both of the Dunkin’s in Lehigh are terrible but this one definitely shines. Absolutely cannot make a coffee at this location don’t waste your money. Simple requests are completely ignored.

I wasn't going to post anything but I believe I was given regular milk because I asked for almond( I'm lactose intolerant). I get the same thing Everytime I go to Dunkin. Large iced coffee, light almond milk, 3 pumps vanilla and 4 Splenda. I'm diabetic, I have kidney failure ( almond milk has less phosphorus) and lactose intolerant. The young girl at the window gave me the drink and it looked pale white. I usually get it much darker. I took it and said I usually just don't say anything but today no I know it has way too much milk. I asked if she could remake it cuz it has a lot of milk and I wanted light. She pointed at the sticker that says light. I said I know but this is not light. I know cause I get it almost daily. She took it and rolled her eyes. I didn't look but she came back super fast and it appeared maybe they dumped half and filled it with coffee. There was barely any ice. So it was darker but the the vanilla and Splenda is off. I left and tasted it and it tasted bad. So I went back around to the drive through and she saw me driving up. I said idk what you guys did but could you please just remake my drink. She took the drink and asked for me to wait in front. Idk what she did but when she came out with the drink she pointed at it saying something like see it's dark now. I said thank you and said sorry I just like it s certain way. She acted overly comforting. I wasn't sure if I was gonna drink it Incase she did something to it but thought it's Dunkin. There's cameras and people everywhere Incase she did something to it. I didn't think she could put regular milk in it.. it's now 4 hours later and I've been in the bathroom 6 times. I told myself well if I feel sick or something I know what it is. All I ate today was their croissant sandwich withtheir coffee so. I can put two and two together. Something isn't right. I won't be going to this dunkin anymore and I'll tell everyone else not to either. Pass to another one.

Food was cold and incorrect. Placed a mobile order 10 min before arriving and still waited 15 min inside when there were no other customers in the store or in the drive thru line.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I was really disappointed by my experience at the Dunkin’ @ Skywalk today. I went through the drive-thru for a cake and coffee. The cashier handed me the cake, took payment, told me to have a great day, and closed the window—without giving me my drink. When I realized she wasn’t coming back, I knocked on the window (it’s thick glass, so she didn’t hear me at first).
The manager, Chanelle, came over looking irritated and told me to “calm down, she’ll be there in a minute.” I tried to explain what happened, but she cut me off with “I told you to wait!” and gave me a look that felt meant to intimidate. When the cashier returned, she handed me my coffee and shut the window before I could say anything.
To top it off, my espresso was lukewarm and tasted burnt. Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve seen this manager act angry or disrespectful toward customers and staff. It’s clear why the employees seem so unhappy—and after today, I understand the feeling.

Y’all need to lock in at this location 😭 always getting my order wrong or not giving me everything. I can’t even say it’s cuz they’re busy cuz they’re not when I come in. It’s crazy

Went through the drive through and the girls didn’t even let us put in our whole order before she started rushing. When we got to the window to add the order items she told us that we couldn’t do it. There wasn’t any cars behind us. Our coffees were water down and the bacon strips we ordered were cold and didn’t have any sugar. The employees here need to be trained better. We literally saw the two workers talking and pointing to our car .

I was in line for 15 minutes at the drive through at 9am. When I ordered the girl stated, PULL UP, after I ordered, horrible customer service. When I got the food there was melted cheese all over the outside of the food container, but no cheese was leaking from anywhere. And the bacon was burned. Horrible. By the look slof all these comments... A little less time on the grill would stop burning food AND decrease the wait time. Come on DUNKIN you can do way better!!!!!

They discriminate against charter schools students, the manager yell at them not let them go inside to buy anything! I would give zero star for them.
Place the order on the go 20 minutes in advance, I arrived at the location and waited 20 more minutes just for hashbrowns to be made. Staffs were rude and careless of the time that I’ve been waiting horrible customer service they need a staff up if they claim they’ve been busy all morning

Staff is always friendly, but orders aren't normally correct, and it's a longer wait time than other locations. The correction is normally quick but makes the wait time longer for the people behind us longer (I use drive through mostly.) I still like this location because of the staff's friendliness and willingness to make things right. I just remember not to be in a hurry nor leave without checking my order. 😆 And of course the order is perfect sometimes. 😊
