Place the order on the go 20 minutes in advance, I arrived at the location and waited 20 more minutes just for hashbrowns to be made. Staffs were rude and careless of the time that I’ve been waiting horrible customer service they need a staff up if they claim they’ve been busy all morning

Staff is always friendly, but orders aren't normally correct, and it's a longer wait time than other locations. The correction is normally quick but makes the wait time longer for the people behind us longer (I use drive through mostly.) I still like this location because of the staff's friendliness and willingness to make things right. I just remember not to be in a hurry nor leave without checking my order. 😆 And of course the order is perfect sometimes. 😊

The lady was so sporadic at the drive thru it was really off putting. Kept asking us if “that’s everything” when we told her it wasn’t. The ham and cheese pretzel sliders were literally burnt and inedible garbage. My hot chocolate wasn’t even mixed either. Truly a horrible experience through and through.

Terrible customer service. Never get greeted when I walk in, I'll go to the pick up counter to get my mobile order and will stand for several minutes with no acknowledgment from the staff. I can see my drink sitting on their side and eventually had to reach over the counter to just grab my drink because no one offered any assistance.

Every time I get a bagel it’s either not toasted or hard as a rock. A bagel with cream cheese should not be hard as a rock. I had to throw it away waste of my money. So many times I get handed the wrong order or missing items in the drive through. This Dunkin can’t get it together.

They were kind to me but as I was eating in with my 9 year old son, one of the ladies that work there was extremely mad and she seems like that everyday. She kept using foul language loudly. Another day she was slamming things left and right. Either she needs help or another career path or a stern talking too. I wouldn't have cared if it was just me but my son was with me asking me why is she so mad.

I brought my 4 year old son in this morning around 10:45 , and the girl working behind the counter was screaming and cussing so loud because she was behind on drinks. I’ll never bring my son back inside this place. I can’t believe she cussed like that with a child in here.
