It took 5 minutes before being greeted. I asked for whipped cream on my latte. Didn’t get any. The latte just taste like mocha syrup. Can’t even taste any coffee in it I got the brisket hash brown bowl. Barely any brisket. A ton of bacon bits for some reason. Hardly any queso. I wish I could get my money and time back.

the only good thing about this dunkin is the two workers who actually get shit done, that’s the guy with the fluffy hair and the girl with the tattoos that i always say hey friend too, i don’t know where they’ve been but the new employees don’t know how to run anything here i’ve been sitting in this drive thru for 20 minutes now and that’s why i decided to write a review. i was hesitant about coming here today because they literally took this long yesterday too POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE😒 ALSO THEY ARE NOT DOING ANY FOOD ITS 1:30pm

If I could give this place 0 stars I would the litterally never get my order correct and they are ALWAYS out of something I've ordered. The service is horrible as the workers are very rude and inconsiderate they've always got an attitude with me no Matter what. One of the workers there even got loud with me when I asked if they could make me the new smores drink that they just came out with and told me I wasn't allowed to order that and when I changed my order to a cold brew with cold foam with cream and sugar they gave me a black coffee with cold foam. This place is absolutely horrendous.

Rude!! Is a understatement. The people they hire are the most ridiculous of help. Waited about 8 mins upfront before someone showed up from the back. Was about to call to see if the store was abandoned. The lady came up and never once said I am sorry for the wait. NOTHING. JUST RUDE.

The service we received this morning at the drive thru was despicable. Isabel, the so called manager was so incredibly rude, I would never drive through this location ever. No one should. This person is not only rude but incompetent and has such a bad attitude that she absolutely does not belong in any customer service environment. In the end she scanned my card which had a 22 dollar credit, then proceeded to literally take it and tell us it wasn't. I.e it was stolen from us. It was a gross example of someone who dunkin donuts should not have working with people
