I had just ordered the cookie butter cloud latte, and whatever cookie they put on top was not the normal cookie they put on top. It tastes like waffle cone or something. It's flavorless and the coffee tastes watered down. When I went inside to pick up my order, I spotted the adorable iced coffee Christmas ornaments. I went to buy one, but the chick behind they counter made sure we knew that the register was off. Then she told us that she'd have to ring us up at the drive thru window, then just walked away. She knew I wanted to purchase it, but didn't care to ring me up so we just left. It wasn't even busy there. Another Dunkin to write off š¤·āāļø

Iām not sure whoās in charge of this store, but they seriously need to have a talk with their crew and do some observations the way they speak to customers and their coworkers is not ok . I am never disrespectful to the employees here . I asked the young boy a question regarding my drinking being almond milk since I canāt drink whole milk . He asked the skinny lady with the curly ponytail and she responded to her coworker in a disgusting way . I just left

I ordered ahead and a staff member without a name tag (female with long back hair and neck and facial tattoos) stated āthat has nothing to do with me, Iām not doing itā as I stood there another 10 minutes waiting for my drink. This same staff member repeatedly stated she didnāt want to be at work and should have stayed home.

Ordered an iced latte, and when they handed the drink, it had no ice in it. Asked for ice and the cashier said ice cost $.50 if I want extra ice. A mouthy lady from the back came out saying that I ordered an iced latte with no ice and thatās what I get.

This is honestly the worst dunkin I have ever been too, I got the bagel minis and they had a burnt smell and taste to them. Then I got a donut, was hard as a rock with no flavor. Drink wasnāt good either. Donāt recommend, save your money.
