Ordered an iced latte, and when they handed the drink, it had no ice in it. Asked for ice and the cashier said ice cost $.50 if I want extra ice. A mouthy lady from the back came out saying that I ordered an iced latte with no ice and that’s what I get.

This is honestly the worst dunkin I have ever been too, I got the bagel minis and they had a burnt smell and taste to them. Then I got a donut, was hard as a rock with no flavor. Drink wasn’t good either. Don’t recommend, save your money.

It took 5 minutes before being greeted. I asked for whipped cream on my latte. Didn’t get any. The latte just taste like mocha syrup. Can’t even taste any coffee in it I got the brisket hash brown bowl. Barely any brisket. A ton of bacon bits for some reason. Hardly any queso. I wish I could get my money and time back.
