They often get my order wrong and I’ve let it go but the last time they overcharged me by almost doubling the amount due. If you mess up a drink, it’s fine, you can remake it but to overcharge me and then not correct it or do anything about it is not okay. I won’t be back.

Picked up a door dash order from here today and there was an older white woman and a younger black man working. Not sure if the younger man was in training or what but the older woman was yelling at him from across the restaurant “HEY COME OVER HERE” to then scold/ yell at him for putting a label on a bag incorrectly I guess? Something very minor but she was yelling that It was no good etc. I know I wasnt A paying customer but be nicer to your employees??? It made me so uncomfortable and I felt so bad for the employee working with her. Very clear she is not a pleasant person to work with, I hope She is not the manager. It was very inappropriate.

Manager preferred to argue with my husband instead of simply giving me a full cup of coffee and then talk trash behind the counter in Spanish. Some Dunkin’s are so incredibly cheap. Take a look at the bottom of the hot coffee cups these days - if they push that sucker up any higher they won’t have room for any liquid. We just need to find a different coffee franchise or coffee shop.

i LOVE this location! they make the coffee and food so good! they even replaced my small coffee this morning when i got it at another location and it was not made rite! ty to this staff! love you! love the food/ drinks at this location! they make the food better here. especially the bacon and mini bagels! but if you go here when there is any sort of line for the drive thru, this location is a little slower compared to others in the area, like the one by Rayma elementary. they move lines so fast it’s crazy. and i know this location had a broken speaker for a while in the drive thru so could be why. but the fact that they consistently make the food/ drinks perfect so you can count on that is something i LOVE! UPDATE: take note all other dunkin locations! haha. (food pics below) this is how you make the food perfect!! omg i love this location. i go out of my way every morning to go to this one bcuz i can count on them to make everything perfect! they cook with love! ty!

I gave this DD a 1 star because its unsanitary and the employees does not understand English. First incident. I was speaking to an employee via speaker. I asked for the $6.00 Meal Deal. With my Iced coffee and asked for the American Cheese to be substituted for White Cheddar Cheese. The employee said its a bacon egg and cheese we don't do cream cheese. So i repeated WHITE CHEDDAR CHEESE. Employee still didn't understand. So i told her its fine I’ll talk to you at the window. Then i asked for the New Chipotle sauce to be added to the side. The woman stated they don't carry Chipotle sauce. I stated “so why are you advertising the New chipotle sauce on their screen” crickets… so i told her its fine ill talk to her at the window. 2ND INCIDENT: drive up to the window. Told her my sandwich its substitute the yellow cheese for the white cheese. She understood now, i WATCHED her pull apart my sandwich WITHOUT GLOVES. And took off everything so she can cook my sandwich with white cheese. Listen, i watched her take money at the window, and she didn't wash her hands and STILL touched my sandwich without gloves. I left. I gave back my drink and left. That was really gross. I know now NOT to come to this DD. Please do better. Thank you

Okay,don’t get me wrong i love dunkin but WHOEVER put straight JELLY donuts in my munchkin assortment deserves a talking to. I understand that i ordered a mystery assortment but who gets ALL jelly?? please hesitate grabbing those donuts again, love you guys xoxo🩷
