Okay,don’t get me wrong i love dunkin but WHOEVER put straight JELLY donuts in my munchkin assortment deserves a talking to. I understand that i ordered a mystery assortment but who gets ALL jelly?? please hesitate grabbing those donuts again, love you guys xoxo🩷

After paying for the order they don’t even want to make it. It was clear is a dozen donuts and four plain bagels. The manager there arguing with employees and customer waiting long for the order. Poor management!

So I work very close to this location and I have finally have had enough and it's has happened multiple times now that I had to leave this review. They rejected my scanning and I wasn't able to use my rewards. I've ordered the bagle sandwich and they put 1 piece of bacon on it and just a very cheap place. It's a shame that I would rather go to mcdonald's or Wendy for breakfast. I hate leaving bad reviews. But until they can make up for all the times I came to work and was disappointed I will take down my review.

To be honest, I keep giving this Dunkin location a shot because it is convenient for me, but I regret it just about every time. I don't think they replace the water in their oven because everything hot comes out with a certain musty dirty taste that you don't get at other locations. Coffee is meh too. I rolled up at 5:30 the other morning and seemingly got reheated old food from the night before ... yuck. I don't like to make problems for fellow service industry workers, but I also want to let others know to avoid this spot, it's been consistently bad for years. Any other location in the area has provided delicious fresh food and coffee. Of course it all comes frozen at every store, but that's the thing, it's hard to get wrong... but I agree with other comments that this location likes to cut corners, management probably doesn't care.

Probably the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I had to repeat myself about six times what kind of donuts I had ordered. Then was told to pull up my car to wait on my order. They only brought out the donuts. I said you forgot my sandwich I ordered. After about 5 minutes someone brought it out and I said you forgot my hash browns and the girl seemed annoyed. Then a guy came out a while later stating they were out of hash browns and asked if I wanted something to replace it. I said no I’ve waited way too long already. Could have just said that from the beginning that they were out. Waste of money. Highly unorganized and unfriendly staff.
