I work in the same plaza as this store so I frequent this store a lot, at least 4 times a week, if I don't go through drive through I walk in and every time I walk in I have to wait because they are always short staffed but I don't mind the wait because I understand being short staffed doesn't fall on the employees it falls on management so I wait and once I get my order I kindly Thank Them. But this particular day myself and a coworker went through drive through and it was 2 cars ahead of me so I really couldn't get to the speaker box but I yelled my order out as best as I could cause the girl (Kelly) who was taking my order was yelling ma'am are you ready to order so I figured she was in a hurry so I yelled out the drink and was still trying to decide what I was going to eat as I had just had my wisdom tooth removed the day before and needed something soft and as I got closer to the speaker box she yells again as if she didn't hear my order, ma'am are you ready to order because we have other cars waiting so I said if I was ready I would have ordered plus you only have 2 cars behind me and I have 2 cars in front of me which means I cant go anywhere any way until you take care of the other cars. i spoke with the young lady at the window whos always nice and courteous and asked her what was her coworkers name who took my order and she told me and i said to her she's really rude and she replied she tells the manager that and nobody listens. so guess (Kelly) gets away with treating customers any kind of way. I called corporate and I'm now waiting on there response or I will be calling back. cause that was unnecessary and not acceptable to anyone let alone someone that comes to your store everyday so that you can get a pay check...

Eric at this Dunkin location is a rock star. He was short a staff member, and I walked in at ~5:15 A.M. with a pretty large order. He had no complaints, no bad attitude, and no issue with fulfilling the order. He made sure I had everything I needed, and took care of me in a timely manner (while simultaneously taking care of the drive through orders). We will absolutely be going back to this location for future orders.

The lady that took our order was very sweet. However the manager Eric was extremely rude and disgusting. As we asked her a question about the new holiday drinks he somehow was annoyed by the question and loudly proceeded to say “ugh oh my God!” He then spoke over the young lady to tell us that they didn’t have anymore of the bagel we wanted. He was just nasty and rude as if we had anything to do with it. The lady apologized on behalf of his behavior. Apparently he doesn’t care about good customer services and just goes about his day like this with everyone. I was very disappointed with the service here other than the young lady.

Normally I get a sweet pepper bacon sandwich and it has a decent amount of bacon I come all the way from north ftmyers to this one when im craving one because the one young man usually there makes them the way they should be. Well today I said with im right here ipl get one and it had 2 slices of bacon well 3 if you count the one that was split length wize. Damm shame like I said every other time I get it it's awesome .this tim. e was a complete failure and the dude making it wants more then 15 an hour lol he isn't worth 5an hour in my eye. I would have been fired if I worked this way .

Horrible service they can care less about your time then don’t bother telling you half your order is incomplete because god forbid they actually work and do their jobs. Any other location is better than this I would highly avoid
We go to Dunkin to get coffee all the time. I did a mobile order today pulled to the window. She handed me a bag and my daughters coffee and a bag I said is that everything she said yes so as we were pulling away, I looked in the bag and no, it wasn’t everything they didn’t give us the sourdough sandwich or the two donuts to at least be able to check the bag and compare to the receipt so I went to drive back around and there was another car there so I waited for the car to leave and a man was standing there with the rest of my order. He didn’t say a word. He just looked at me and handed me the bag. service is nowhere to be found. What is wrong with people stay off your damn phones and what about thank you?

Was today at the drive thru to buy a coffee, and I asked to the lady if she could make it extra hot, she told me that she can’t do it because the machine doesn’t allow her to do it! I said “ listen lady” I didn’t know her name! I know there is a way , because I am a regular Dunkin Dounuts customer , and the lady felt that I was un respectful with her , because I called her “ Lady” . Obviously Mrs Laurie, ( as she told me her name after) doesn’t have any idea what a lady or gentleman tittle is, a very respectful one! Unfortunately there is some people that shouldn’t been working with customers, like Mrs Laurie! Good luck for her! One less store to visit in Fort Myers! ?♂️
