My husband and I went through the drive through to pick up an order I placed in the app. I accidentally ordered his coffee without oat milk. When my husband saw a black coffee, he notified the woman in the drive through that he wanted oat milk. She immediately started yelling at him "you ordered it black". She continued by hanging out the window and hollering that he could only get regular milk. We were shocked by her behavior and ended up driving away from the window considering she was screaming and we had our newborn in the car. He ended up parking and gong inside where he was approached by a kind woman that was apologetic and delighted to resolve the problem. As he was approaching the counter, he heard the two girls that were at the drive-thru window mocking him and making fun of the situation. He repeatedly expressed that he had no problem paying the difference or even paying for a whole new coffee, he would just like his order. The woman from the drive thru heard him at the counter and started verbally attacking him again. Even the staff was telling her to relax and settle down. We will NEVER return to this location and will think twice before visiting any dunkin again if this is the kind of people they employ. Pretty sure she was management too since she was the only one there in a black shirt. smh.

I never received my iced coffee, my “hot latte” was room temp at best. The hashbrowns were more thawed than cooked. This location seems to have this issue quite often, seems like a high turnover of employees and lack of training in general. At this point we will just go elsewhere.

Great food and generally great service but today they were not watching the main counter. The computer ordering was out on one side and the other did not list the special. Took almost 20 minutes for them to assist 3 of us in line.

The Spanish lady at the drive thru is very rude and unprofessional! I have let her get away with her attitude by not complaining to management but enough is enough. She makes the worst ice coffee and is never polite or nice while doing her JOB. One time she gave me an attitude in the Drive thru all because I asked for whipped cream on my iced coffee and today was because I did an online order while waiting in the drive thru for 10min. No lie they took forever. When she makes the ice coffee it’s horrible. Many times I had to throw it away and not once did I gone in and made her or anyone re-make it so I have lost money many times. But today was the day I let the manager know. She can’t even say you’re welcome after being thanked for the service. I will not waste any money at this Dunkin’s again while this lady is still employed there. Can’t treat your customers right, why will I give you my money.

Food was average and customer service was bland, HOWEVER, when i was down on my luck and waiting 20 minutes on a sandwich my knight in shining armor came. I didn’t catch her name but she was wearing glasses and a white sweater. If she’s not manager she should be, she got our sandwich out before i could even blink. she even threw in some extra snacks for the wait time. this truly made the whole experience worth it, she was very kind. The true Dunkin Defender. If it’s true the manager or higher ups were there today i beg you to recognize her hard work, she works hard.

Bought an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese via drive thru on my way to work. Got to work and Bagel was raw on top like it was never baked. It was gross. Threw it away. Leaving this review for management to step up on quality control. We live down the street so have been a regular over the years. Periodically we were served hot coffee that was cold, and now this gross bagel. It's obvious, the workers don't care and prepare and serve something like this to a customer.

As we all know services at these stores for ever now have been well below average, but I promise you this one happens to be one of the worst.
Please be aware of how dirty they are. The employee had dirt and caramel sauce all over his hands, and when I brought it to their attention, their excuses was we are too busy.

Went through the drive through and ordered a hot chai latte. Drove up, paid, tipped, took a quick sip and it was like warm. I asked if there was any way I could get a hot chai latte and the girl said it comes as hot as they can make it. So, I figured I would fix the situation myself instead and asked if I could get a small hot coffee to pour into it to make it hot myself. I said I would even pay for it. The girl seemed confused, so the manager came to the window, I repeated my request and she gave me the nastiest look and huffily gave me a small hot coffee. I said thank you so much and she just rolled her eyes at me. Listen, I’m a General Manager at a restaurant and I was in disbelief of this response. I literally volunteered to fix the issue myself and was treated like a complete inconvenience. I do not believe the customer is always right and I do not think restaurants need to bend over backwards to meet unrealistic expectations, but I don’t think it’s too much to ask for your drink to be hot at a coffee shop of all places. And if the manager is rude to guests over such minuscule issues, their employees will think it’s okay to act that way too.

Waited in line for 15 minutes without moving inside, meanwhile drive-thru kept chugging along fine. I get that it was busy, but it shouldn't take nearly 20 minutes to get to our order. People were leaving. Once the order was placed, we had our order within 2 minutes.
