Made a stop for limited edition items and was greeted by the nicest employee. I didn't have a long wait at all.

A Dunkin’ Donuts that had no donuts 😃
If this is the future of Quick serve restaurants we are doomed.

I ordered 2 iced coffees with liquid sugar and both of them had granulated sugar. The person I asked about it said that's the way they are made unless asked otherwise. I always ask for liquid sugar and every other Dunkin tells me that's the way they are made. I then had to ask her to make me 2 more. She didnt offer to make it right. I love Dunkin and will always be a loyal customer. That being said I will not come back to this Dunkin.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this location. As someone who has worked in customer service for over a decade, I understand the value of patience and empathy both from customers and staff. Unfortunately, that standard was not upheld here. After my initial drink order was made incorrectly, I waited more than 20 minutes for a corrected latte. While mistakes happen, what followed was unacceptable. I overheard the barista criticizing me for not specifying that I wanted a hot drink, speaking loudly and unprofessionally about me within earshot of others. Rather than resolving the issue calmly, the barista appeared more upset than I was, and the energy at the counter turned visibly hostile. I remained calm, said nothing, and waited patiently while watching other customers who had ordered after me receive their drinks before I did.
It was disheartening to witness this discrepancy in service. When my drink was finally handed to me, it was done so in a cold, dismissive manner, and topped with whipped cream which I did not want but by that point, I honestly did not feel safe or comfortable saying anything. I made the conscious choice not to mention it because the barista's demeanor had already made the interaction tense and I feared that speaking up again might make the situation worse and result in further delay. I chose not say anything because I didn't want to be labeled as difficult and my years in the industry have taught me to be respectful, but also recognize when the service I'm receiving is not just bad but disrespectful.
What disturbed me most was the visible lack of respect and professionalism not just from the barista, but from other staff who observed the situation and chose to laugh rather than assist. The atmosphere I experienced was poor. And, based on what I observed in the treatment of different customers, it’s clear that not all patrons are treated with the same courtesy and respect. There were clear disparities in the way people were spoken to, prioritized and acknowledged. This type of conduct reflects not just poor customer service, but lack of professionalism and implicit bias. It’s unacceptable. If your staff cannot treat every customer equally and respectfully, then something needs to change. Until that happens, I cannot recommend this location to others, and I will not be returning. Customer service at this location is lacking at the most fundamental level. That standard was not met here.

Staff at this location is incredibly rude. Ordered on the kiosk because they don’t let you use normal online payment methods with their app at this location. The kiosk messed up my order, never gave me a receipt so I didn’t know until they handed me my food. When I said something, the girl immediately had an attitude and said I didn’t order what I said I did and then walked away. Manager, without talking to me at all, gives me a couple dollars that I was overcharged, ignores the other employee right behind her talking about how I clearly don’t understand how to place an order right in front of me, and I still never got what I actually ordered. This location needs an entire new staff.

At first I was frustrated that they didn’t have someone on register and I saw the two prominent self order kiosks at the register. The drink and wrap up took about 20 minutes to get from entering to receiving them. The tables were shuffled and dirty. But then they welcomed some customers by name which adds a significant value. Was the drink good? Definitely not. Is it fine? Yep it is.

Drive thru workers are very rude!! Also they don’t listen. Asked for a large and they gave me a medium. When I said “didn’t I order a large?” She stared at me rolled her eyes and said “this is a medium sooo”. I said “um okay whatever then” and she immediately shut the drive thru window. DON’T GO HERE!! The workers at the Daniel’s pkwy location are MUCH nicer, same with Cleveland ave.

Was the best service ever, today 09/16 7:30am at the window. She was so nice very professional and very good seller, I stoped by for just a coffe and I had coffee, cruising and hash brown and was only because she offered me , she is a great seller, sad that I don’t remember her name

My order is wrong every single time I visit this store. This most recent time, I sat in the drive through waiting for my order to be ready. After leaving, I checked the bag halfway home and realized a large item in the order was completely missing. I went back, and it was a cold response, no apology. I observed that they were not busy, and the workers were playing on phones. They eventually handed me the missing item, and I went home only to discover more items missing, but I wasn’t driving back at that point. I realize it’s only breakfast, but given that I waited there at the window for 5+ minutes, it’s remarkable so many things were wrong. It’s almost like it was done on purpose, because it would be impossible to be that incompetent. I’ll be driving further to get breakfast elsewhere from no one, because it’s literally every single time.
