Nah dude it's actually ridiculous how much I deal with at this location. I go nearly every 2-3 days just to maintain my routine (I need the routine) and I went from ordering in person to mobile order so that my order is IN WRITING so that they DON'T mess it up but somehow it's almost always messed up anyways. When the guys are working the kitchen, they just do terrible (how do you burn cheese?). I love the girls for the most part but some of them will complain about you when you're sitting at the drive thru thinking that you don't hear them. Complaining about the job while on the job in front of the customer whom you're complaining about is wild. I've only ever been nice to them but they complain about my 5 drinks for a family reunion. Some girls even do me favors because of how much they like me because I treat them with respect, but I don't get it back from 3/4 of the staff. Idk who the manager is but I'm sure he/she's terrible, too. This is typically an entry job to teach people mannerisms in customer service but there's no improvement here.

I have held back from writing a bad review so many times because I was always giving a benefit of the doubt but it's like a gacha game losing a 50/50 except not winning the next guaranteed, but I just had to write one today because it was bad days back to back. My girlfriend used GrubHub to send me my usual order yesterday since I was running late for my day, just to not get the order right (no communication for substitutions), and I went today myself, and they didn't get my order right again. And they even double checked with each other just to still have give me another wrong order LOL (ofc it was a guy working kitchen).

There was one instance where I went to pick up my order through drive thru and normally people ask if I got everything but they just slammed the window before I could mention I'm missing an item. So I parked and tried to go inside but it was locked and the guy came out saying they were having a staff meeting but got me what I was missing with major attitude. The fact the staff was sitting in the lobby and even staring at me through the drive thru window but not saying anything is crazy work, clearly no communication among the staff either. They just don't care.

Whenever you call them, they never pick up either. I try to work with them whenever my order is messed up because it's a hassle to go through corporate regarding a messed up mobile order but the people here don't even meet you halfway. No effort whatsoever. The whole point is to be a place of convenience but it's only been inconvenient and disappointing at this location.

I could write a paper about my experiences honestly. Terrible.

I literally watched someone carry drinks over the top portion with her fingers in the rim of the cup touching the inside and into the actual beverage itself. She herself was nice, but this is a health code violation. Bare hands! No ma'am. Ridiculous.

This is my favorite Dunkin location. They always get my order right and the staff are wonderful. They’re always polite and upbeat when I come through the drive thru. They’re also pretty active in the community, they’ve helped out with teacher appreciation days and trunk-or-treat events. Love them!

I had the pleasure of being served by Emma at the Dunkin’ Donuts, on Daniels and I can honestly say she turned an ordinary coffee stop into an outstanding experience.

From the moment I stepped in, Emma greeted me with such genuine warmth and a bright smile that it immediately lifted my mood. Even with a line of customers, she stayed calm, kind, and completely focused—making sure everyone felt seen and valued.

My order was spot-on (thank you, Emma!), and the service was fast without ever feeling rushed. But what really stood out was her attitude—friendly, attentive, and truly caring. She remembered a few regulars by name and went out of her way to make everyone feel welcome.

Emma isn’t just doing her job—she’s creating a positive atmosphere that keeps people coming back. Dunkin’ is lucky to have her on the team, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

Thanks again, Emma—you absolutely made my day!

I had a very disappointing experience with this location. The manager, Phillip, is extremely unprofessional. He was not only rude to customers but also to his own staff. I personally witnessed him cussing at an employee and treating her so disrespectfully that she walked out on the job. No one deserves to be treated that way, especially in front of others. A manager should set an example of respect and professionalism, and Phillip clearly fails to do so.

Service is amazing! Anna and Roxy are the nicest ppl I have ever encountered in a Dunkin’ Donuts! I come here at least 3 times a week and the service is always so amazing! The food and drinks are also unbelievable, you can tell each drink is crafted with love and kindness! The atmosphere of the place is without a doubt the best! 11/10 recommend

I’m getting really tired of getting burnt wraps at this location. Either y'all really need to adjust the timing and temperature of the oven, or have an employee who doesn’t keep them in longer than they have to.

They were all amazing they were super busy and still came and kept making sure I was okay and kept apologizing. Nilah I believe sorry I don’t know how to spell it was super friendly and was a nice refresher from people who usually sound miserable.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but Emma at this Dunkin’ is the reason my life is still on track. If you’ve never had your coffee made by her, you haven’t truly lived. I’m not even being dramatic (okay, maybe a little), but she is the human embodiment of sunshine in a Dunkin’ visor.

Every morning she greets me like I’m the main character in a feel-good movie montage. Her smile? Award-worthy. Her attitude? Immaculate. Her coffee-making skills? Like she has a sixth sense for exactly what my soul needs, but in a cup.

I genuinely believe my coffee tastes better just because Emma made it. Something about the ratio, the perfect balance of cream to espresso—it’s chef’s kiss. If Emma handed me a plain cup of water, I’d probably still sip it and say, “wow, this is life-changing.”

Let’s be real: I don’t come here for the brand, I come here for Emma. If she ever leaves, I’m following her wherever she goes. I’d track her coffee magic across counties.

In conclusion: Emma is the MVP - the Queen of Coffee. If you see her at the window, just know—your day is about to get 1000% better.
