I was the only one who walked into place an order, it took me 20 minutes to get two donuts and a side of hashbrowns. There are plenty of workers in there working the drive-through line, but no one paying any attention to the people walking into the store. Terrible service

They do not pick up the phone. I called three times and the phone rang for a long time and then hung up. I put in an order on the app and it didn't tell me what time to pick it up and I never received notifications if it was ready. This is app issue not a store issue. But when I try to call to see if the order is ready they never picked up.

This was our first time at this Dunkin location, and we were blown away with the friendliness of the front house staff! Amanda was the one who took our order inside, and she was professional and very friendly with everyone she interacted with. I can’t reccomend this location enough !

Kid-friendliness: I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts store on Daniels Parkway about every other day or so for either an iced coffee or iced tea and a donut or breakfast item, everyone there is so kind helpful, the same bistros have been there for quite a while, which is a result of good management and great team work! I stopped in the other morning, feeling kind of blue and ordered some glaze munchkins, to my surprise the box had a smiley face with my first name and nickname, friendly touch thank you!

I go in at 6 am and the staff is obedient and has good listening skills. They take my order quickly and deliver fresh food. When I give them an order, they take it and dont ask a million questions. Considering they are near nimumum wage employees, they do an excellent job.

How are you out of muffins at 9 am? Service is great and very nice, but management needs to get their stuff together. If you are always out of muffins, then make more muffins. Not hard.

I have been going to this location for several years now every morning Monday thru Friday and for a while it was the first not location that always got my order right. Somewhere in the last few months that shifted and here lately it’s like every day my order is wrong and tastes completely different than the day before. There is no consistency here. I love Dunkin coffee but in will switch to Starbucks or I guess a different location

This is the second time I've ordered an extra large tea for pick up and i get it, drive to work, and it turns out to be a coffee. I'm allergic to coffee. I will be bringing this coffee back tomorrow morning for a refund. I dont think a single one of my mobile orders has been correct. Either the drink is wrong, the food is wrong, or its 5+ minutes late. I will be switching to the dunkin closer to my work, even though its technically out of my way and adds 10 minutes to my morning commute.
