Being from out of town and looking for some good food i found this restaurant and I immediately felt like i was home. Oxtail was top tier and service was great. I felt like family. I meant to take a picture before I started eating... but it was too good. Thank you to the Caribbean restaurant family!

While waiting for our food we notice a big roach on her roof. When she came with the food we said there a roach and she said oh I will get it when you guys leave. Do not eat from here .

Unfortunately, the door was open and then it closed while I was getting my daughter out of the car. On the door the hours of closing are not shown but only the open hours? Online hours say they are open until 10pm. I don't have any idea what the hours of operation are, but for a working single mother the hours somehow didn't work? If you can't get to the restaurant by I guess by 6pm DON'T BOTHER BECAUSE YOU WON'T GET FOOD. Someone recommended this place to me, but I guess not and Chinese it is!

What a delight to discover this restaurant!! The chef is warm and welcoming, and makes delicious food! I savored the curry goat, and loved his twist on the mixed vegs. I highly recommend for anyone seeking authentic Jamaican food!

This location has been around for a long time and it used to be better, but the be okay few times I've gone, it has not been as good as it used to be. It's not bad, but a few times the rice has been overcooked and the meat was not flavorful. Worth a try if you're nearby.

Today, I had the pleasure of visiting this delightful Caribbean restaurant in Southwest Florida, where I embarked on a culinary journey that left me thoroughly impressed. As I perused the menu, the curry chicken and brown stew chicken immediately caught my attention. After some deliberation, I decided to indulge in the curry chicken, accompanied by a Jamaican meat pie that looked too tempting to resist. The curry chicken was a revelation - its flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, encapsulating the essence of authentic Caribbean cooking. Each bite was a delightful mix of tender chicken and aromatic spices that tantalized my taste buds. As for the Jamaican meat pie, it was nothing short of spectacular. The crust was flaky and golden, encasing a savory beef filling that was seasoned to perfection. It's no exaggeration to say that this was one of the best meat pies I've ever enjoyed in Southwest Florida. For anyone who hasn't experienced this gem of a restaurant, I cannot recommend it enough. It's a must-visit for anyone looking to explore the vibrant flavors of the Caribbean. Their curry chicken and Jamaican meat pie are not just meals; they are a celebration of rich culinary traditions that will leave you longing for more.

Omg, omg, omg!! This restaurant has the best food in Fort Myers, that is finger licking good!! The owner Jay was very nice and talkative, and did not have an attitude like the woman in Irie Jamaican Restaurant. When you go into “Caribbean cuisine,” you may be turned off because the owner is still fixing it up. I told him about my experience with Irie Jamaican restaurant, and before I received my food he stated “that Irie has lost a customer!” Ok, I ordered the oxtail dinner and my daughter ordered brown stew chicken. Jay said “do you want to see your food now, or do you want to be surprised?” I said “I’ll wait to get home and see what I’m working with.” Omg!!! The food is AMAZING!! I even got a rice and peas with gravy for free!! I’m going to post some photos, and please go and patronize this man’s place of business. The phone number online doesn’t work, because I tried it before traveling that hour there but it was worth EVERY penny. Not like Irie Jamaican restaurant, where they dig around for bones to put on your plate, and the wife always have her face made up and yelling at the husband. The food at Caribbean Cuisine is enough for two people on one tray!
