Echo Restaurant

You're having fun in the sun in Fort Myers and are wanting something special to eat for dinner. Echo Restaurant is the exact answer for very high level Italian at reasonable prices. We started of with indulgent garlic knots and a delicious shrimp bisque. Then we have everything from the Cajun Salmon to Fried Lasagna. Everything was absolutely delicious and well portioned. Service and energy matched the wonderful food. I loved the Vodka Pasta dish... maybe a little bit too much. Buon appetitio!

We really enjoyed our meal. Fried lasagna was excellent. Loved the gnocchi. They were the fluffiest, lightest I have ever had.

A few issues...
Could use better signage outside. Was difficult to find. Also, the Google Maps listing has a link that looks like it goes to an entirely different restaurant with a different logo and menu. Third, it would be nice to add a couple of unusual or more interesting beers to the beer list. Maybe a Belgian triple, or a stout.

We had the best dinner at Echo. We were a party of 6 and all of us had wonderful, tasty food. My mother-in-law ate all of her lasagna, which is not usual. I had the special Stromboli with shrimp, bacon and cheese. Nice spices and flavorful. We will be back.

Lived here 20+ years. One of my favorites. Food and service are exceptional! Ryan is amazing I’m the kitchen. Sara and Lane will always make sure you’re taken care of!

Wednesday evening 5:30 table of 4. There was not much of a crowd yet (it built nicely later) so we were seated right away in a booth. It's the first time since they opened and we really loved the place. The ambience is special. 2 of us got the shrimp bisque appetizer topped with a puff pastry puff. Wow, neat take on a soup that was so unbelievably tasty. We ordered pizza and lasagna. Both were very good but the lasagna was the best my wife had ever had. Our waitress was the best as were all the staff. I'll be coming back as the menu has so many great choices. I highly recommend.

Fantastic food with great service. Love the vibe. Our waitress was Megan. She was fantastic. We had the wings, the chop and the lasagna. All were great! The chop was so tender. Cant wait for lunch tomorrow for our left overs! We will definitely be back!

The service here was amazing, but the food was pretty lackluster. We had a large-ish party so I was able to taste a variety of dishes and it was pretty bland across the board.

Echo had such a cool atmosphere, dimly lit and comfortable. The people who work here treat you as if you’ve been a regular for years. I got the clams with creamy Cajun sauce it was to die for. My husbands truffle fries were the best I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend the canoli chips for dessert

Read the review in the FM News Press. Interior quite funky but also quite comfortable. Service excellent. Best Chicken Parm that I’ve ever had. Other entree also disappeared so must have been good. Tiramisu amongst the best ever.

Love this place! My new go too and a must try! Really good Food and atmosphere! Something for everyone! A nice mix of Entrees and Apps! Which was nice since we all wanted something different! My family and I enjoyed it very much! The server was so nice and helpful in helping us decide on what to get since it all sounded good!
