Was summoned to Jury duty and I didn't have time to make breakfast for myself. I was pleasantly surprised that they have a whole restaurant in the courthouse. I got the western omelet with hashbrown, biscuit, and side of gravy. It was pretty fantastic and service was friendly and quick. Definitely best part of my day.
I always LOVE coming to Edison Lunch Box. Their food is always so scrumptious, fresh, flavorful, and made with love. I ordered the buffalo chicken salad w/extra chicken (which was only a couple dollars more) and have ZERO regrets! I just had to leave this review because the salad was THAT good! You wouldn't normally equate a jailhouse with great food, but this place breaks the stereotype. It's not fancy, it's definitely has a lunchroom vibe, but the food is 100% delicious.
