My name is Alex, and I enjoy the cuban and Mexican cuisine, at el caribe Cuban and Mexican food the food is excellent, best puerco azado, moro, congris , tamales, Cafe cubano, etc if what you are looking for is homemade like quality cuban food, then you should come and visit with them.
stoped in today for a coffee and guava pastrythe coffee was great and pastry as good as the bestwill come back and the woman who served me was very kind
I was really craving an authetic Cuban, and we found this place after the flea market and it didn't let down. The thing I love about local restaurants and bakeries is that everything us made fresh and feels home cooked instead of commercial and this place was right on the money. Definitely worth a visit if you're craving some quick Latin food.
It's was okay good food big cost money for 2 cuban sandwiches and pastries coffee and a soft drink $30.00

I work for the DC bureau of a Japanese newspaper, and my colleague and I were in town last week reporting on the aftermath of Hurricane Ian. My colleague had never had a Cuban sandwich before, so I brought him to El Caribe. He liked it so much that the next day I took him to Casa Rojas on Pine Island Rd, and since returning to our bureau in DC he has been searching for good Cuban sandwiches here too.The fact is, though, that he has not found anything to match either the price or the quality of El Caribe’s Cuban sandwich. The key is El Caribe’s roasted pork: so juicy and flavorful that it transforms the sandwich.Inflation has hit El Caribe; I can see from other customer photos that two years ago the Cuban sandwich was $5.99, and now it’s $7.99 (see photo). But the sandwich is huge!Casa Rojas charges $9.99, and it’s just not as good. The DC shops he has tried so far all charge $16-20 for smaller, inferior sandwiches. (He hasn’t tried Cuba Libre or Mi Cuba Cafe in DC yet; I’m hoping they’ll have what he’s craving.)The fact is that $7.99 for a sandwich this big and delicious is an absolute steal. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re in for a treat. If I’m ever back in Fort Myers, this will be my first stop.
