The place is good, but the service was the worse one I had for a good while. The waitress was very dismissive and was definitely not focus to do her job right(a young Cuban girl) Hopefully she doesn’t treat every customer like she did with us.. she ruined the experience

We waited over 30 minutes just to get our appetizer, even though it was around 3 PM and the place wasn’t busy at all. We didn’t bother ordering lunch because the service was painfully slow. The calamari was awful, dry, cold, and tough to chew. It honestly tasted like it had been sitting in the kitchen for a while. We tabbed out right after that. Still paid for it since our server seemed to be the only one working, but overall, it was a complete letdown.

This place plays their music and bass extraordinarily loud. The hotel next constantly loses customers because you can hear the bass and music inside the hotel rooms. It is far too loud o er the legal threshold. It seems they know this bothers people in the hotel and the music continues until 2am seven nights a week. Very rude very considerate.

The manager Kevin showed great hospitality and care! The bartender Amy was very attentive and even held a great conversation! Food was amazing

Atmosphere: the booth we sat in was sagging and had seen better days. Latin music was good and it was enjoyable to watch ppl dancing. Honestly not much of a sports bar - should change the name lol.

Food: Took forever to be made and was substandard. Would love to see some more effort put into the food with a more simplistic menu.

Service: Not great. We can in a group of 8-10
ppl and our waitress didn’t seem pleased to have us. Service was slow and there were no real apologies. Waitress seemed to be training someone. Not super impressed unfortunately.

The New Bar Tender Amy was great very good cocktail she made. Friendly Established rapport quickly. I met the new Manager also very professional team. Thank you for the great food and service.

Food was actually good, atmosphere was cool and all but it was just two of us who sat down to eat at a booth and they add 20% Automatic Gratuity without letting you know. And for the service it wasnt worth the 20%.

Went last night to watch a ufc fight and the experience was not great. The service overall is what ruined it, the drinks took about 20 mins to get to us and the server was never to be found, and if we did see her she was too busy paying attention to the males around her. She definitely did not deserve the automatic 20% gratuity. The food was average and the sound
Of the tvs was hard to hear with the music of two different djs playing at the same
Time. Won’t be returning.
