Some of the worst bagels I’ve ever seen no variety just a lot of dough. Just terrible. You go to Publix and get better bagels.

I waited over 20 minutes for a plain bagel, which feels unreasonable for such a simple order. The staff seemed very unorganized and overwhelmed, and it made the experience frustrating. I understand things can get busy, but better coordination and efficiency are definitely needed.

I told the girl that I ordered online and she told me it would be out soon. I waited for about 20min as she walked by me a few times and took orders to other customers. I was very confused because people coming in were getting their food before me. That's when I went to the guy and told him I place a order about 30min ago. He was more attentive and asked questions about the order. When he realized it was placed through GrubHub he told me that system was not working but he can make the order fast for me. My main point about this unpleasant experience was the girl didn't try to figure out why I was still waiting for one bagel for over 20min. Just be more attentive to customers when they are visibly near you waiting.

I have been to the Naples location before and really enjoyed my bagel. This location was a very different story! This location was out of many of the things we tried to order such as espresso and egg bagels. My friend’s iced coffee was filled with coffee grounds (which they did remake). My coffee was extremely burnt tasting and undrinkable. My other friend ordered a bagel with veggie cream cheese and it was not even close to tasting like veggie cream cheese. I will say that my plain bagel was good! I am pretty disappointed with my experience because this is the closest location to me, but I will not be returning.

Good bagels HOWEVER I placed an order here and was called immediately and told they were all out of what I ordered. They said they would refund my order. Well it’s been weeks and they haven’t refunded my order and I’ve even contacted them multiple times and have yet to be refunded.

The bagels are so much fresher than anywhere around here. Try the jalapeño cheddar bagel with egg, bacon and cheese! Five stars!⭐️

I was tentative on picking up bagels due to the fact that I am from New York and I didn't think that they made good bagels in Florida. I was pleasantly surprised. I thought the bagels were quite good and I have no complaints and anytime I am in the area I will stop at empire bagel factory to get bagels. Also, the people behind the counter were extremely friendly and service was quick again. I will be accustomed when I am in the area

Being from NJ I may have higher standardw when it comes to bagles, but I was very disappointed. The staff was very friendly. The bagles tasted like they were the Thomas's brand bagels you find in the food store. You know the ones that come prepackaged in plastic bags of six. The store itself was very.....industrial, with concrete block for a counter and just one tiny display case. A few donuts were displayed on the counter. It felt like a prison cafeteria. If you are looking for a true NY/NJ style bagel, look elsewhere.

The food was spectacular!!! It was one of the best bagels I have ever had; very soft. We had the egg & cheese on everything bagel. Our server, Tabitha, was so kind, sweet & very attentive. Highly recommend this spot & will definitely return again.

Omg. Do not waste your time coming here extremely disappointed I pulled up. The place was dead. Now I know why!!! I don’t care if it’s off season. I ordered two hashbrowns for my son. They were paper thin and I could barely even pick them up. The birds outside got free food. The picture looks way better online. I should’ve known better. I also ordered a bagel with lox. There’s more salmon in the canal behind this building then on my sandwich, there’s 20 other places I’d rather go to. I actually made the drive to come here never again. The bagel is not even good. There’s a reason why Einstein Brothers is still in business. I try to support local, but definitely will not be Back.
