Hidden gem here. Great food great service and great atmosphere. It's literally hidden though. Google has it accurate. Generous portions of lox on my lox bagel sandwich but I get it open-faced. Super friendly morning server. The bagels are delicious and fresh. The place is clean and there was no wait. Can't figure out why it was so quiet the morning I went there. Come quick before people find this place, lol. We'll be back for sure.

I don’t normally leave reviews on places, but this one is definitely a hidden gem, I have no idea why it has a 4.2 rating and not a 5. I came in here to get a bagel and do homework, and not only was the bagel delicious and fluffy and crispy and flavorful (I got an onion bagel), but the cream cheese was put on in a perfect amount (imo), a generous amount but not too much where it overpowers the bagel. I stayed here for a few hours and did homework, and the worker there named Q was SO NICE and we had such good conversation. The vibe is immaculate here, everyone should walk, if not run to get a bagel here. Thank you Q, and all the other workers for making my day awesome!

My grandson asked me to buy some blueberry bagels at empire at the naples location. His parents are visiting from up north and returning today. I purchased 9 bagels which 3 were blueberry for him. I love empire, I am a regular and visit them often. When I packed the 3 bagels they were not fresh.Very surprising, not what I expected from a long term customer. Usually my reviews are no less than 5 stars but their policy is fresh bagels backed fresh every day.

these people cannot get an online order right, no matter how much you spell it out for them, for that price? and to be missing items? food is nothing like ordered ? listen to the other review save your time & patience & just order from Stuff a Bagel ?

We drive 30 minutes to get our bagels here. These are the best bagels we have found in Southwest Florida.

It was a really good bagel. You can obviously tell it was fresh and definitely not frozen like a bagel from Dunkin. It was simple, hot and well toasted, cream cheese was plenty and delicious. It was a little over 8$ for 1 bagel with cream cheese and two extra bagels so I’m happy with that price.

Don’t use real eggs, and my avocado is as hard as a rock. Could have made a better breakfast at home

Never before has it been so easy for me to give a rating. This is EASILY BY FAR the worst bagel shop I have ever been to. The prices are outrageous (15 dollars for a bagel and coffee....what the hell?) , the food is awful, bagels not fresh, and service is lacking, to say the least. I should have known when I pulled up and there was not a soul in the lot. The bagels are on par with Thomas' that you get from Walmart. Not horrible but if I wanted Walmart bagels I'd go to Walmart and pay 1/10 the price.

DO NOT COME HERE EXPECTING A FRESH EGG SANDWICH! They are all disgusting and microwaved from the eggs to the bacon, to the cheese. Frankly I can't believe this place is even in business because they are a complete mockery of what a bagel shop should be.

Save the annoyance....drive the 7 minutes to Stuff a Bagel on Daniels , where they do it RIGHT, EVERYTIME. Empire Bagel should close and issue an apology to the community. Pathetic.

UPDATE: Obviously the owners do not care at all about the terrible service and food being provided at their establishment. Tons of 1 star reviews and not ONCE has the owner even offered an apology.... explanation...nothing. Never has a business deserved to shut down more than this one. Shut it down.

Empire Bagel is fantastic! Stacy and the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The bagels are fresh, delicious, and perfectly baked. The excellent service and high-quality food make this place a must-visit. Highly recommend the asiago bagel with scallion cream cheese !!!!!

We love Empire Bagel. Their bagels are some of the very best around. We’ve been going there since we lived in Naples and were super excited when they opened in Estero. When it first opened, service was understandably slow, but the food was good. We love a bagel sammy. For the first six months or so, the bacon was fabulously crispy and the eggs were fluffy and wonderful; however, in the past year or more, the quality of the cooked product has been woefully inadequate. Bagels are great, but the Estero location is always behind on orders, and their attention to quality is lacking.

Just come here already. It's bagels that don't taste like cardboard and coffee that hasn't been sitting on a hotplate for 8 hours. It's the perfect bagel place.

Winter and Danny both are amazing at the fort myers location! They are very welcoming and make the bagels super fast and they are delicious
