My family stayed at the Holiday Inn the Caribbean Grill is connected to the last week for Spring Break. We had several meals and drinks there throughout the week. The bartender Crystal was there almost every time and DOES AN OUTSTANDING JOB!! Great service and hospitality. The one night we had dinner there together, 3 of us got the chicken fettuccine Alfredo, it had a Caribbean spin to it and was super flavorful. Definitely miles ahead on taste than the next best Alfredo I've had. My brother and I met Ron, the owner, at one of the many events they host at the restaurant and he was very friendly, a most gracious host. Although we didn't talk to him long since he was busting his butt working non stop! I can't say enough about how great the place is. If you're in Fort Myers anywhere near here stop by for a pina colada and a bite to eat!!

Great food! We're staying at the attached Holiday Inn and were tired after a long day's travel so we figured we'd stay close to 'home' and give this place a try. The atmosphere is a bit plain, although there is a nice outdoor patio, and a cool mural on the large inside wall. Otherwise, not too much to talk about for decor. We got our drink orders in and got beverages delivered pretty quickly. They have an OK list of wine, and beer and cocktails, but I'd call it a moderately full bar. The server was also the bartender the night we were here, and she kept up pretty well. The food was definitely the star of the night. I got Pork Tacos. They had a great flavor, with a bit of kick, nicely balanced by the salsa and other toppings. My wife got the Rum Salmon. It was perfectly prepared and the rum sauce was delicious. Food took a bit longer than expected to come out but it was well worth the wait. The cook stopped by to check on us and our meals as well. WAY better food than a typical hotel restaurant. Give it a try.

Love the vibes and food is absolutely delicious had a chicken quesadilla and the meat was so fresh you can tell it wasn't frozen. And the salsa absolutely amazing. Don't forget to try the oxtail and the curry chicken absolutely delicious
This restaurant was absolutely amazing from the food customer service and the flavor. All of the entrées we had were absolutely amazing. If you are in the Fort Myers area this is a go to place to eat especially if you enjoy Caribbean cuisine. Try the oxtail or the curry chicken it was a burst of flavors and seasonings. Go check them out.
