Stopped in on our way to an Everblades game. Highly recommend the fried green tomatoes as a starter. Dinner consisted of the filet, which was cooked perfectly, alongside black eyed peas and collard greens; both tasty and sufficiently southern. We also enjoyed the chicken pot pie, served with sweet potato souffle and mac and cheese.I asked for a mezcal old fashioned, which can be a bit of an obscure request, but they had no problem making it for me, and it was amazing!Nice ambiance and atmosphere, as well as GF options clearly labeled on the menu. We will definitely return!

Their chef for the day could not cook a pair off over medium fried eggs i sent the eggs back 4 times , The waiter was super nice , the actual manager , Ammie, was very rude and unprofessional. She definitely needs better training incustomer service within the hospitality industry or consider a different line or work .

I eat out alot while I travel for work and let me tell you this place is ? Food was delicious, Servers were attentive,Atmosphere superb. Give them a shot if you've never been. Will visit everytime in in that area.

Pot pie had no flavor very little vegetables puff pastry was bland. They need to add spices and a good buttery pie crust will never order that again. Had better frozen pot pie

Good southern fare at reasonable prices with good service in a comfortable atmosphere. Not fancy (no pun intended), but that's part of its charm. Good drinks as well. I'm looking forward to going back.Kid-friendliness: I went with 3 kids ages 4-9, and they enjoyed the food on the kids' menu. It was on the early side (5:00pm-5:30pm).

I ordered the meatloaf with mac n cheese, collard greens and sweet potato souffle. Unfortunately, the food lacked flavor and seasoning. I left wanting to get better tasting food at another establishment.
