If you haven't had one of their many different sandwiches you are missing out. Just thinking about the smell of their fresh made bread on the spot, as they make your awesome sandwich makes me want to go out and find them right now!
we had Firebread cater our wedding and what an awesome experience! food was fresh and hot! served 150 guests with ease. they gave amazing customer service and even better custom picked sandwiches! Firebread never disappoints and we can't wait to have them cater our next event!
This was a unique eating experience. The “rolls” are tubes that are baked on special cylinders then filled to the brim with the fixings. The bread is fresh with a thin crusty layer over a soft chewy interior. I had the Cubano, which was incredible - savory meat (pulled pork and ham) and melted cheese with a delicious Dijon cream counterpointed by dill pickles. Like someone else said, I’m looking forward to working through the menu.
