First time here and I got the hook and ladder salad with lots of deli meat and large portions with 2 packs of dressing.

I ordered two subs but with no turkey nd cheese nd they made my sub very delicious! And I had more than enough veggies on my sub! Thanks a lot for satisfying my pregnancy cravings

Super surprised at the poor service we had here. In the past you were always greeted as soon as you walked in the door. 3 teenagers behind he counter took over 20 mins to make our sandwiches with 5 sandwiches made before us. One lady came in for a pick up order and no one acknowledged her for over 5 mins.

My boyfriend and I came in for lunch. It's one of my favorite places, however today we ordered a med hook and ladder and a medium cheesesteak. While my hook and ladder came out hot, his cheesteak came out ice cold. The chesse was not even melted. Being that i love the place he refused to complain for fear of getting bad service next time we go in. Broke my heart because now he refuses to go there with me. Especially since there was 3 customers in the restaurant and 6 workers. No reason the food shouldnt have been prepped right.

Excellent subs! Quality meats. Friendly service. Always clean and inviting! We travel to Ft Meyers a couple times a year and this is our first stop for a great lunch!

Pat was rude, didn’t greet me walking into the store. Rather asked me if it was for here or to go. Had an attitude taking my order, and gave me a nasty look when I replied no to donate to first responders. She took ten minutes to make my (small) sub, once I opened it, she had put to butt side tomatoes and the thinnest pickle I’ve ever seen! I come here often but no more! There’s plenty other places near my salon that I eat better & be treated better at! Sick of Micro aggressions
