This was my first time coming this location since we live in Fort Myers but it wasn’t my first time ordering the smoked salmon frittata, it was disappointing, the size of the portions was reduced drastically since the last time I had it and to be honest it was barely no salmon on it, just maybe 2 thin salmon shave, a better name suggestion would be tomato frittata and I would be fine with it, the service was so slow, we waited around 30 min to be seated and another 40 min for our food to be ready and served, my toddler was hungry and when I was ordering I asked the waitress if she could have something first and she said no and she has to wait, she was right we waited for around 40 min, I was so disappointed, my plate was so small and at that point I’m not ordering this again, definitely this have been a decline. Not forgetting to mention that we asked in several occasions for napkins and we only got one or 2 for a table of 5, my husband just went to the restroom and got me some hand paper towels because we gave up. In overall it wasn’t the best experience, the food and the service can definitely get improved.

Let me start off by saying that I am a regular. I am literally at this location twice a month, all the employees know me. I will not be back, it took about 20 minutes for someone to take my order. My original server was suppose to be “Barbie,” she even made eye contact with me. I finally said something and another server gamer over to assist. I observed as other tables were seated and it did not take nearly as long for them to be greeted, Barbie came right over and greeted the . They claimed they just cut a server, but it’s very strange be sure they were not busy at all! Thirty minutes ho by after we placed our order and I look over at the server and ask what’s taking forever long, she states that it wasn’t her and it was the kitchen. Put food finally came out, at this point it took about 35 minutes for our food. I asked the server did they cut someone from the kitchen as well. It was literally just me and my two children. Long story short, my one year old was a little overstimulated from waiting so long, we had to leave. I couldn’t even enjoy my food! O will not return to this location. Very inconsiderate behavior from their staff, no one apologized or came to check on us and see how we were doing.

Very friendly staff. I ordered the chicken pesto bowl to-go, and it was great flavor wise. Howeverrr, the portion was extremely small. I’ve dined in to other locations before and the portion was half the size of the usual entree (if that..) which was really disappointing. I only realized once I got to work, so I couldn’t come back to do anything about it.

Most overrated breakfast chain in SWFL. Coffee is yuk. Food average and slightly overpriced. They have great locations - which is a redeeming factor.
I have been to several different locations and each one has been a great experience!
