Food is good and the service is great. For some reason it was not that busy when we went, so it was really fast as well.

I was celebrating a life event with several girlfriends & we were treated so well by our server, she was genuinely friendly and helpful! The food was outstanding, as always, too. The general manager came to congratulate us on our milestone and was incredibly kind and friendly, as well! Our experience was wonderful all around!!!

The Million Dollar Bacon was really good. We would get it again. The Socal Breakfast Hash, not so much. Even though there are a lot of ingredients, the flavor was lacking. It needs fresh jalapenos or even cilantro. I wouldn't order it again.
This is one of our favorite brunch spots. You will not be disappointed and the staff are always friendly.

Last week, we went there for lunch to celebrate my birthday (Thursday the 14th). Since it was a weekday, we didn’t have much time available. Unfortunately, the waitress who served us was rude and unhelpful. She seemed annoyed when we asked questions about the menu (there were seven of us), and her attitude made the experience unpleasant.
When I asked if they had any desserts for a birthday celebration, she bluntly said, "We don’t have anything; we don’t sell desserts." However, after checking the menu, we noticed they had muffins and cinnamon rolls. While these aren’t traditional birthday cakes, they would have been perfectly fine for the occasion. Additionally, this was the first restaurant I’ve been to where they didn’t offer a candle to sing "Happy Birthday."
The waitress also completely neglected our table. She would disappear, and we had to ask other staff members for assistance just to get her to come back.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, especially since we chose this place to celebrate a special day.

I am from Boston and Googled a lot of vegan breakfast restaurants! I am so pleased that I selected " First Watch". I had the Lemon custard pancakes with strawberries and blueberries along with a refreshing turmeric cranberry, I believe beverage. First watch should have 10 stars! The staff are welcoming, friendly and very efficient. I will return:)

I love First Watch overall. This wasn’t my best experience but it was nothing that would deter me from returning. I had the frittata with greens - about 1/3 of my greens were overly wilted for my liking but the rest was fine. They didn’t seem to be dressed with the vinaigrette like they were supposed to be but I didn’t mind too much or I’m sure I could’ve asked for some dressing. The frittata was very good and made as I requested it. The waitstaff was friendly but she didn’t really check in on me. They sat me at a table that had a chair on one side and a long bench row on the other that several other tables were set up next to. My table was positioned such that if you sat on the cushioned bench, it was where the two cushions jointed together so there was an uncomfortable gap in the seating. I was alone so just sat in the chair but if I was with another person we would have needed to move as it was just very uncomfortable. Crowded as usually for a Sunday early afternoon but service was quick so Jo complaints there. Not a terrible experience but not great either.
