Called to cancel online order for a pickup and was left on hold by an employee for 15 minutes. Had to call back to get another person on the line and for them to tell me to call the corporate office to have this fixed. They wasted my time and provided poor service.

First Watch is a quality chain. Great variety for breakfast and you know what to expect. Their juices are great. Check out their seasonal spring menu. The SoCal Breakfast was a great start to the day.

When I Tell you this is the first time that I ate at this first watch and I are at plenty of them, Fort Myers location on McGregor Blvd is so amazing delicious 😋, I will have that chef cook at my wedding. The food was the right temperature and so fresh the plate was perfect, The Waitress was professional and polite, The staff worked well together tag teaming the customers. Today is 12/10 and it is 842am the women and rocked. Give them a vacation a paid vacation.
