On January 5, 2024, at 7:30 PM, I had an amazing experience at this Five Guys. This is exactly how customer service should be! From the friendly lady at the register to the gentleman who handed me my food, everything was top-notch. It was refreshing to see the employees smiling and sharing lighthearted jokes while staying fully focused on their work. It's been a long time since I've encountered such a positive attitude and exceptional service. Keep up the great work, Five Guys team—I’ll definitely be back!

Burger was good. Today 12:00 the cashier guy was super rude. Chips was horrible. The package to go was a messy.
