Just amazing people that I got to meet years ago at their first Estero location. treated me like family when I came in and when I came in with my granddaughters Plus the work that I was able to do with them right after Hurricane Ian here in Estero wish we had more business owners like this.

Where do I begin... My wife and I moved down to Fort Myers three years ago, and always pass by this establishment. Today after a productive morning we endeavor to grab a quick breakfast. We decided to visit FK Your Diet Fort Myers as we have tried their food on door dash. The first impression that embraced me was inviting. The staff was receptive and welcoming and placed us at the bar (which was the best seat in the house!) We were immediately greeted by Stone, who would end up giving us the experience we search for in every establishment we visit. I began to read the back story (available on every menu). I was FLOORED! The FK in the name stands for foster kids. I once being a foster child really connected to this testimonial. Now that I understand the meaning and the time that is given to helping children in state care, on this merit alone I have become a lifelong patron!!

On to the " meat and potatoes" so to speak..... We chose to eat here today because the food delivered was great, we just knew it would be an experience in house. AND OH, WAS IT! My wife enjoyed the Jakey style French toast as well as a side of biscuits and gravy, my daughter enjoyed the Chicken and waffles, I indulged on their corned beef breakfast, side of biscuits and gravy as well as their one-of-a-kind maple bacon donut. As a chef I had to meet the artist who produced This grand slam. Jake greeted us with a great smile and an open hand. He instantly peaked my attention! The moment Jake won me over was when he told me " You come for the experience, the food is just an added bonus". Boy was he right! To anyone who is contemplating a visit to the establishment, my recommendation would be to follow your heart and your belly to FK Your Diet Fort Myers!!! You won't be disappointed!!

I have been wanting to visit FK Your Diet for ages as I've heard what incredible food & portions they have. Well, my visit did NOT disappoint. Our waitress Tammy was helpful with suggestions, and a quick pour o' joe, right from the jump. We started with a "Doug-nut", a fried doughnut with cream cheese. Trust me: GET IT!
My daughter ordered the "chimken" and blueberry waffle (which, BTW, EXCELLENT!) while I chose the BellyBuster Breakfast Burrito with Sausage, a slew of veggies, eggs, cheese & fried potatoes. Now I heard these were BIG, but I was NOT prepared for a burrito that was bigger than my plate! (See picture) This was the largest burrito I've ever seen, which also tasted better than imaginable.
I tapped out after eating 1/4, and will be working on this [easily] 'til tomorrow.
Amazing quality, the atmosphere made me feel like I was dining in someone's [very bright] home. We will MOS' DEF be back!

We eat out all the time & after owning restaurants ourselves, we appreciate the love they put into everything. My partner never has leftovers...he did this time. Best B&G I've ever had, potatoes were some of the best too...you can tell there's even a twinge of lemon in the water so it tastes great too. Come with an appetite. Leave feeling really good that you were a part of a place that has such massive heart within the community.
