TOO BAD experience, upon arrival normal a wait of approximately 20 minutes, upon entering the waiter takes the drink order and leaves for approximately 10 minutes without taking our order until we spoke to him, after 20 minutes or more the dishes arrived and coincidentally one of them was incorrect and they said they brought that one because they didn't have the other, meaning they brought what they wanted, obviously we didn't accept and ordered something else and when they brought the second dish what do you think? a side dish that we hadn't ordered was wrong, the food in general was very salty and the waiter was conspicuous by his absence, by the way, their distribution of waiters is very poor, how do they put a waiter who serves the back of your restaurant to also serve tables outside? zero stars!

Taylor was a great server and delivered great service, however, it took us 1.5 hours to get our food and eat. Probably short staffed in the kitchen. The food was good, but didn't live up to all the hype. Don't come here if you're in a hurry.
This place is good for tourists, theyre burgers are great! I recommend the Estate Burger with sweet potatoes. Also the breakfast burger is really good too! Although the cocktails are ok. But other than that, its a solid place!

We went to Ford’s twice in 1 week with our dogs. This is the place to go for a burger they actually cook them perfectly! We had our dogs both times and they are always so nice to them. Theresa was our server and she was awesome, had us try the burnt ends grilled cheese that was amazing! I tried stealing my husband’s meal. All the servers are great Theresa was awesome and Marcie is the best.

We stopped in on Tuesday for our first time ever and MaKenna was our server. Immediately she made us comfortable, made excellent suggestions and had the best sense of humor. Thanks to her, I had easily, the best burger I have ever had in my entire life. Had so much fun and loved it so much, we came back again on Thursday night. This will definately be a spot we visit everytime we are in town. The food is great but the service and personality from Makenna is what will keep bringing us back.
