I had been here before to get crepes and it was amazing, came here another morning. Google maps saying it's open, the hours on the door saying it's open. But it was very much not open.

These people are allergic to money.

Edit: since the owner could see this review (and not reply to the other ones for some reason), I came here over a year ago with a friend and it was the rudest, most uninviting experience I've ever seen in my entire life. Felt so bad for the poor staffer who was obviously being mistreated by, what I assume to be, an owner. Seems like nobody else is having a good experience, assuming nothing has changed. Figured I'd chime in while I was looking for a french bakery in the area and remembered this unfortunate place existed!

Definitely not coming back to this place. It is beautifully decorated and cozy but the service was bad. We planned to sit and relax, but it was clear that we were not welcomed. We ended up ordering a few pastries and left. I know the french have a reputation for not treating tourists well, but in our experience nobody in Paris ever treated us even close to how we were treated today. The pastries were not fresh either...

Most disappointing experience ever.
I have been living in the area for about two years and was dying to try this little Parisian breakfast place. I finally find a free morning and walked into this adorable, inviting little place. There was just one table occupied. My lord! I have never met Monday morning in person. I’m not sure what she was going through so I try not to judge too harshly but I have never been treated so poorly. Not a hello, and each little word was code for “I don’t care, just leave.” We would have loved to sit and eat but I felt so unwelcomed I just ordered a few items and left. She didn’t even give us a receipt because she completely just turned her back and disappeared as we were paying. Got home, was missing a croissant, and the ones we did get were painfully stale. The cupcakes were also very terrible. I’m glad I didn’t buy the macaroons.

Looks like a nice place. I walked in and was immediately told it was only cash. I responded that was fine. They called a girl from back, and I politely said Hi how are you. Not even a greeting in return. I did have an inclination at that point to turn around and leave but decided to try it out. Ordered two pastries and a latte. The coffee was cold and I had to ask for her to heat it up, I guess I should have realized how fast it was to make that it wasn't fresh. Pastries were not fresh as well n we're Rock hard. In fact when I got my change it was placed on the counter and not even in my hand. I'm from out of town and like to check local foo wherever I visit and do try to honor small business instead of chains. Was very disappointed and won't be back

Just went to this bakery. Highly highly disappointed ☹️ I ordered 2 items. Both ROCK HARD. Unedible. Tossed them out once I got home. Definitely not fresh which is SO upsetting I spent $$$ on it. The lady was rude and just kept saying “you ready yet” and the other lady was sprawled laying on a chair on her phone. Paid with cash and she didn’t even have money in her drawer to give me change back. I will not be back.

I drove 30 minutes to this French bakery because I love French food. My order was $54.53. I got a chocolate almond croissant, chai, turkey Brie croissant, and a lox quiche. My order was all to go. I arrive home to eat the food. My croissant with turkey and Brie was missing…. Not to mention the lox quiche I ordered that was $17.99 had no salmon in it. I tried to call to simply get a credit back…no answer. I can’t even leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. You would think a small business would have great communication skills. So I went on their website and they had a phone number that I texted about what happened. So far no answer.

Ordered via DoorDash. The croquet madame sandwich was a soggy mess. Didn’t get the cream puff I ordered and was sent two mini eclairs I did not order and they were very dried out and stale.

"My husband and I just enjoyed coffee, hot chocolate, and a couple of delicious croissants at this café. Everything was delightful, from the food to the service. We loved the place and highly recommend it!"

This place was a total disappointment. As soon as I entered the person in charge shouted me : "only cash" in a very rude way. The place looks dingy and worn out, but I still stayed. The chicken salad was ok, but half an hour before closing the same person started moping the floor while the other was talking loudly by phone. Very unpleasant experience, will never return . The outdoor sitting area also looks crappy, old worn out umbrellas and chairs. Inside is dark and was freezing. I ate fast and left. The worst part: I was with diarrear that night, the chicken salad was probably in bad conditions

Today, I planned a special trip with my family to visit this restaurant for the first time. Pretty restaurant but what’s the point? We read online that they offered “all you can eat” options and when I asked the lady at the counter where I could find that on the menu, she just said “it’s in the menu somewhere” and didn’t even bother to show me exactly where it was, or anything. She asked us “Have you guys been here before?” We said no, and she still didn’t even try to put on a happy face or christs sake, fake a smile will you? Her voice was monotone and clearly does not do any favor representing this ambience. This place is losing business having this lady “work” up front. Her attitude turned us off so much, we just had to leave the place. Gross. Manager, hire someone else to replace that lady, asap.

Dry and stale pastries definitely not homemade and not even from today. I was really looking forward to this place and was very disappointed. Cute little cafe, too bad it’s not worth eating at. Looking at the other reviews I should have known better but wanted to give it a chance.
