Soooo good!!!! The food was amazing for the price. We were initially worried it was too expensive; but the servings are great. The coffee was delicious, and the service was fast! The employees were very welcoming and kind, will definitely be back!

Best avocado toast ever on sourdough bread! Hefty amounts too! Crepes, muffins, grilled cheese and more will tempt your taste buds. Hot or iced coffees and flavored drinks…so many choices that one visit is not enough! Great, friendly service too!

The staff is very nice. The coffee is tasty. The atmosphere has a nice ambience. The prices are more expensive than Starbucks. I was really surprised. But what the heck. Give yourself a special treat. As expensive as it was we went twice. We were on vacation so we deserved something special. The only reason I gave it a very good was because I really feel the prices are high. They also serve breakfast items but we didn't eat anything. Looked yummy though.

I was excited to see a place bill itself as a local roaster. Usually that means helpful staff interested in sharing information about the products. Not so much here. From a brief look at their website, I expected to see a menu with different coffee beans, blends, roasts. Lots of menu but while I waited to be acknowledged, which took a while, I didn’t see what I was looking for. Menu seemed to have lots of fancy coffee-drinks, bagel sandwiches maybe, and, well, hard to find straight up coffee. I asked for black coffee to go since the cashier finally spared me a glance. To be fair I was in a hurry so I didn’t bother trying to engage cashier in conversation about coffee. The overall atmosphere felt kind of deliberately hip. I got the drip coffee, Apparently you only get one choice of roast- and felt a little shocked at the price. It is a local family owned (franchise?) business so at least that. The coffee was a strong, dark roast but rather harsh. Served in recyclable styrene. I was disappointed in this first experience but maybe would try again to suss out more interesting black coffee experience that I may have missed in first visit.

This was the 1st time trying Chocolattes and boy were we glad we did. The service was friendly and happy. All the staff were smiling and helpful. The coffee was superb and the warmed blueberry scones to die for. Lots of places to sit and chat. From now on whenever we visit fort Myers on holiday from the UK, we will always pop in. Support your small local outlets as they are the life blood of the community.

New in the area and always looking for coffee haunts. This one has more than just drinks with specialty foods and a great atmosphere. Any drinks you can imagine and a wonderful, welcoming and accommodating staff. A bit pricey, but isn't everything in a touristy area? Worth the visit...you'll enjoy!

Besides the excellent coffee and delicious food, we felt so welcomed and comfortable here! It’s been along time since I had such a quality cup of coffee. And all of the food was crafted with care. The atmosphere was attractive and comfortable. I wish I could pick this place up and bring it home with me. You should definitely go!

I cannot say enough about this little local coffee shop; I've known the owners for years, and I am so happy to see how much their business has thrived and grown over the years. I've hired them to provide Coffee Bar Services and my Wedding Favors a couple of weeks ago, and I cannot recommend this shop enough. Their products are always wonderful, and their customer service is nothing short of amazing

Favorite place to go with friends, or just to get a great cup of coffee!! Dog friendly, with plenty of room.

We lived in Australia for 3 years - they are known to have some of the best coffee in the world (Melbourne esp.) Australia's coffee culture and quality of ingredients is truly the best (we didn't realize how 'ok' American coffee was until living there! lol) Anyway, Chocolattes reminded us of it so much. The best tasting drip coffee, most attention to detail and little things that make your experience special. They roast their own coffee, too! We got an iced drip coffee (they put iced 'coffee cubes' in it instead of water cubes, yum!) and a hot drip coffee. You can usually tell the quality of a coffee shop by their drip coffee... theirs is damn good. We wish they had more shops around the U.S. so we can have their coffee on our travels! Definitely try this place!

Friendly coffee shop, inviting space. This is the best coffee shop that I have found in Fort Myers. Lots of seating and tables, excellent coffee and creative menu both for coffee and food choices. I really enjoy the cozy, new 'Backyard' space.

Great coffee, smoothie, and food! Stopped here after a few days at Sanibel and would have driven over for earlier it had we known. Good coffee, smoothie was great but the crepes were excellent. Nice atmosphere inside - blink and you’ll miss it outside. Service was excellent. Highly recommended.
