The arcade is well kept. Weekends get busy. Weekdays are quiet. You can take your time to play everything. There are a variety of games and prizes to choose from. The timed play cards are the best value for kids who don't care for the tickets and want to play a bunch of games. Check their website for deals and promotions. Several kiosks available for self service card purchases & reloads.

Always wanted to go here stopped in on Thursday which is $15 for 5 hours! I went alone and they have many single player games to choose from. Also can redeem tickets from prizes. Great place to spend sometime playing retro games to new ones!

Most of the games were broken but still took our money. Very unsatisfactory. The bowling game couldn't reset the pins, one of the shooting games the guns aim was unplayably off, there were several others that just didn't work after swiping your card (connect four basketball is one I remember)

One of our favorite things to do is go eat somewhere in GCTC and then stop at the GameTime to let our kiddo run around and have fun for a bit 🙂 This particular location has a big open area w/ playground for the kiddos to run around & have lots of fun right next to it. They do events there sometimes too. It's a great way to have a whole day of fun w/ the kiddos/fam/friends.

Fun place for a company event. Food was good. The only issue was there were many games that were either out of order or just not working correctly. Also if you get cards for a private event you don't get to use any points you may have accumulated. It was an odd for us as two adults but I'm sure the children would be disappointed

Lots of fun, great for kiddos. Love that you don't need a ton of tickets to earn a nice prize.

Great place for familys. great prices and if you don't win enough tickets you could buy them for a reasonable price. Great food and ticket specials

When we arrived the person behind the prize counter, William was his name. He checked us in super fast got us our cards and explained to us how everything works. He made our check in super fast. We were playing a claw game right away and our daughter wanted a toy that we were having a hard time getting for her. I saw a manager walking around asking how customers were doing. I asked him for help, his name is Dale and he then out of nowhere he helped us with getting the prize. He did not know but he made our daughter’s day. The server we have, Heather also made sure we had enough plates napkins and utensils for our party. As well as kept up with our drink refills without us having to ask. She made sure our food experience was amazing. I let Tod the operations manager know about everyone and he made it even more comfortable to be here. He said he will let everyone know how great they all were. We came here with family and friends. I will always recommend that if you’re having a kids party, want to have a fun date or just want to watch sports and unwind definitely come here. Thank you Dale, Heather and William and Tod you three made our experience amazing thank you.

Fun but some games out of order.

So I came here on a Sunday for the 10am to 11am 2hr $15 play card and was denied the purchase cause I got there a few minutes before 11am which was within the advertised time frame of the special deal. They are falsely advertising this deal if they can't honor the time frame they have advertised on their own website

My little one has such a great time here. I will say that sometimes the games especially the skee ball rip us off and they will fix it but it happens so much that I don't even want to bother them with it
Still it's definitely a fun place to take my 5-year-old and he has a great time especially bowling!

It was decent, sadly there were a few machines down, kind of expensive per game, but good variety of games.

I love the spongebob VR rollercoaster game and all their games and prizes. My best friends daughter loves when I take her here and i enjoy it too. Very expensive though.

We bought the $50 game card for $25 on Groupon and it went super fast! Our two teens only got 113 points from playing that $50 card which is sad. We also purchased a $10 all you can play card for our younger kid. We knew up front it didn't earn any points and that we couldn't play some of the games with it which was fine. However, I asked the before purchasing how many of the games we could play and he said about 80%. Well, we kept count while we were playing and it was more like 30% we could play. Majority of the games would not allow the timed play card. So not only could we not earn points but we couldn't play 70% of the games! We wasted lots of time trying to find games we could actually play. We can understand not being able to play the prize games and the VR games but the rest of the games should have allowed us to play. Also, several of the games we couldn't finish playing because balls or rings were missing and with the timed card you couldn't start a new game until you finished out the previous game or waited awhile.
