Without Question, I would drive out of my way and past other hotels to stay at This Hilton Hotel. Specifically, Ms. Brittany and her team to include Dana and Michael is what keep me loyal to the Brand as a diamond member many times over.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL - especially if you have a group. They are incompetent, rude, and I’ve had to file a case with Hilton Customer Care. I canceled rooms and have cancellation confirmation numbers and they are still trying to charge my card. Between Hilton and Amex, I’m confident that I’ll get it resolved but if you don’t want to go through this process, I’d book elsewhere. I like Hilton hotels but this one is a definite NO GO!!

Amazing staff!! The following people made our stay wonderful: FrontDesk people you Rock!! Sasha, Wendy, Michael, Sanna, Kerry (John). In the restaurant we loved the greek yogurt bowl that John would make every day, and the dinner service from Amy and Dominic were spot on. Thanks Michael for your feedback on the little liquor bottles that are for sale, the old fashioned one was definitely the better pick :-) Everybody was so nice and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Iam currently staying at the room 314. A front desk person, who presented herself as front desk manager was trying to charge me $3 for a hot water. Her business card was not on the counter. Upon my request to present a price list, I received a refusal. This matter deserves an investigation by upper management.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for two nights. It was a great stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The service was above expectations. The lobby and restaurant area are very nice. The pool area is also very nice. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We were very happy with all aspects of our stay and would definitely stay there again.

My Hilton Honors account is as hacked by someone who used my points to stay at this hotel and left criminal possessions behind. I checked in and was interviewed by the police! Called Hilton corporate and was hung up on. Tried to get an apple on the way out but was told they weren’t complimentary. The whole episode was ridiculous.

One of the nicer hotels I've stayed at. Large room with separate living room w/TV. Bedroom w/TV. My biggest beef with hotel rooms is they're usually not soundproof. I've stayed at some where you could hear normal conversations in the room next door. This room was soundproof. I didn't hear anything. Nice. Decent wifi speeds (after you pay $5/day). I would stay here again.

Just make sure that when traveling to Hilton Fort Myers separately that the spouse who reserved the room arrives first otherwise you will not be allowed you to check in. Be able to predict flight delays, delays related to weather, or perhaps book room under both names if possible. Otherwise you won't be able to check in lets says your husband books the room for your family but the wife and kids arrive first. I know it sounds ridiculous but that's their rule.

The front seat welcome and holding 1st floor for me were extremely accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was 1st class and the room was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this Hilton Garden Inn

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, a little to get into. The bathroom had a musty smell as some Florida locations have. The room was nice and clean. Both beds were comfortable.

A clean, conveniently located hotel with the nicest staff. My daughter and I took advantage of the breakfast each day of our stay with a staff that went over and above. The room was spacious and clean. We experienced minor issues the last night of our stay and a very kind gentleman, Jason, arranged for us to move into a new room so we wouldn't be further inconvenienced --this occurred at midnight, which further demonstrates the commitment to the level of service I received. The assistant manager called me the next day to discuss the issues, which was much appreciated, since I didn't want them to be unawares and not have a chance to rectify the issues.

We stay at a lot of Hilton Garden Inns and this one, by far, is one of the nicest we've encountered. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The landscaping around the property (pool area and patio area by the restaurant) is absolutely beautiful. Everything is clean and well-maintained. One of my favorite "likes" is the shampoo, lotion, and shower gel dispensers in the bathroom versus the small tubes you usually receive. This change is definitely economical for them and easy to use for us. Their breakfast menu is varied and generous in size and the fresh fruit and freshly baked breakfast breads are incredible and abundant in choices to make breakfast a real treat. Claudia is a delightful, hard-working server who really makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. The location is a plus as well, despite some road construction going on right now....don't let it deter you though, this place is top of the line!!!!!!!

Our one week in Fort Myers turned into 21 days due to delays in repairing my brother's home damaged by Hurricane Ian. It was a time of so many emotions due to circumstances that we could not control however the Hilton Garden Inn became our oasis of comfort, convenience and sheer delight. Our dinners prepared by Chef Action Jackson were delicious and his ready willing response to my brother's special requests were very much appreciated and garnered him a special place in our hearts. A special thank you to Claudia who encouraged me to eat my breakfast on the patio and served me with a smile and excellent service. My brother has two Standard Poodles and they too were welcomed and admired and appreciated, not only by the staff of the hotel but also by the guests. We were made to feel at home and could relax and regroup for out next day. The hotel itself is centrally located and beautifully maintained. All the staff greeted us with friendly smiles and hopeful petting rights which my brother granted graciously and the dogs enjoyed immensely I can't say enough about the staff. They were friendly and all interactions were pleasant and professional. Kerry and Michael were always ready with a smile and some friendly banter when time allowed it as well as helpful suggestions re our inquiries. Dana was also eager to help when asked. A special thank you to Pat who made the whole stay possible. In my opinion The Hilton Garden Inn staff and management have created a 5 star destination. Kudos to everyone involved.

I have stayed at Hilton properties all over the country for over 55 years and this is in the top 5% of all the properties that I have stayed in. Claudia, the morning Server is wonderful, always greets you with a smile Kerry and Diana who work the front desk always has a smile on their face and something nice to say to you. Action Jackson the evening cook and he is great. Everything he prepares is great. Zoveyda is the young lady who cleaned my room, and she always does an excellent job. Everyone from this hotel is awesome starting with the GM all the way down to the bottom.
