GatorBites Tail & Ale is a cool little bar spot with live entertainment on certain days. The seafood platter number 3 with mahi, shrimp, and gator was delicious. The bar features a great drink and food menu, with hand-pressed burgers like the "Perfect Burger" served with fries and onion rings, which are very tasty. The bacon burger is also cooked perfectly medium, and the gator bites are a popular choice. Happy hour cocktails and wonderful service create a great experience. The atmosphere is typical bar style—loud and busy—but it also has a Detroit vibe that makes it enjoyable. There are about ten booths and tables, as well as full bar seating, making it a nice spot for watching games. Prices are low compared to many other local places, and the staff is accommodating. Overall, GatorBites is a must-visit spot for great food and a fun time.
