Get a taste of Italy at this cute cafe on McGregor. The second you walk through the door you are greeted in a friendly Italian way. The owners are very friendly and sweet just like the gelato and Italian desserts they offer. While we only had cappuccino and sweets they do have savory options such as panini, lasagna and quiche. The gelato flavors are plentiful and unique...if you're not sure what to have, you can sample the flavors to ensure you end up with the winner. Love the chalk wall as well...great personal touch to the interior of the cafe.

This is hands down the best new restaurant in the Fort Myers area. Yes, they have outstanding homemade gelato that is the best I've ever had. They also have tasty Italian pastries and coffee. The sleeper hit here are the incredible sandwiches. The sandwiches are worth going there alone. They bake the bread fresh and all the other ingredients are super fresh and taste fantastic. This place is destined to be a Mecca for anyone that loves authentic Italian cuisine. All the staff are super friendly including the main proprietor named Páteo. He'll make you feel like part of the family as soon as you walk through the door. Don't miss out on this brilliant gem before the secret gets out that this is the best place around. I love this place! Matteo and his team are welcoming, friendly and give the best service. The made on site gelato selection is amazing, SO flavorful, and the portions are beyond generous. We bring all our friends here for dessert, and it is a win every time. I want to make time to go there for breakfast or lunch. I guess you can have gelato after breakfast, because it is healthier than ice cream, right?

The gelato is to die for. I keep some in my freezer in multiple flavors to add one or more spoons of heaven to my day. Their service and friendliness is beyond any I have experienced. Walk in and you are greeted with warmth and a sense of their pride in what they make and how they treat customers. Please come and experience true Italian hospitality and food made by the people behind the counter. Take a taste. Chat with your new friends ( these people will be your friends). I decided to give Gelato-Go a try after seeing it on Nextdoor neighbor. GO NOW! It’s a fantastic place to grab a sandwich or gelato! Mateo and Oksana were the kindest most wonderful people to interact with who truly exude pride in their business! My 6 year old had to go tell them himself that, “This place is amazing!!”I HIGHLY recommend and hope that they continue to bless our town with their fantastic gelato, smiles and friendliness!! What a wonderful establishment!

This has to be one of the best small businesses in Fort Myers. My fiancé and I have been going for awhile now, and the gelato is delicious. A few weeks ago it was her birthday so I called a week in advance to order a gelato cake for the celebration. They could accommodate and not only did they make it, it was delicious. The owners are seriously some of the nicest people and make you feel like part of the family. This is a true family run establishment.
