The cleanliness is questionable, the service was ok. Order a few appetizers and they were below average in taste. The egg rolls were very greasy. I wouldn't be back.

The dough on the dumplings is way too thick unfortunately.

Food was good. Some things could have been better if they were prepared a little bit differently, in my opinion as a chef of 18 years. I’d go back for certain things.

Tried this place with my wife and had the crystal fried rice, sweet and sour pork, a side of bok choy cooked in ginger sauce and pork fat, and a kettle of tea. Everything was delicious and authentic. Reminded me of the flavors when I traveled through Asia, specially when I was in Malaysia. This is good authentic Chinese, not your “China garden “ thats next to the grocery store. There is real flavor, packed in all the food, proper levels of spice, and care put into the food. I highly recommend this place for anyone who misses the taste of food from overseas, along with good service. We will be back again, looking forward to trying more of the menu!

I think this might be the best Chinese food I've had in the US, I come from Malaysia and I was craving a taste of home. The majority of chinese food I have had in the US lacks in flavour and is bland in taste yet rated highly, so when I had some of this food, I knew I found a taste of home here - if I could give 10 stars I would because the prices are also so reasonable. We ordered Crystal Fried Rice (bursting in flavour -5/5), Sweet and Sour Pork (excellent - 5/5), Bak Choy in Ginger Sauce (lovely, fresh, crispy, and fragrant - 5/5), Yang Chow Fried Rice (exactly what I've had in India, the one from Malaysia is different - was delicious though - 4/5). The Crystal Rice was superb which is why I gave it a higher rating! We will definitely be back - thank you for a wonderful meal. I am hoping to try the Roti Canai next time I am here :)

We were disappointed with our dinner last night. My husband ordered the sweet and sour pork which was extremely overdone, the pork was hard to chew, the vegetables could have been stir fried a bit longer and there was very little sauce. I ordered the chicken pad thai which was good but the sauce was very thin. Usually the food is very consistent, last night it wasn't.

This is my second time at a Ginger Bistro and both times I enjoyed the experience. The food was excellent I went for the soup dumplings, bbq Pork Belly and Roti with curry sauce and washed it down with a passion fruit tea. It was so so good. The waitress was very patient with us when we were undecisive. I asked her about a certain dish and she gave me her honest opinion. Definitely worth the drive since I live 2 hours away.

I absolutely love this place!!! I live on the other coast of Florida but I visit Ft Myers once a month. My two youngest boys live there and we almost always make a point to go here!! They know it's my favorite. The food is so fresh and melts in your mouth. Just wonderful!!!! One of my sons works at a Japanese steakhouse, he's a sushi chef. He talks to them every time we go. They know him very well. One of the servers I believe has a crush on him! But a little on the back story of how we found this gem. We were out shopping one day and happened to pull into the strip mall they are in. I looked at the name and had to go in!! Our first visit I asked for one of their menus to take home with me!!! They had to work a little to convince the owner to let me have one but eventually I was given one. The reason for going in and the reason for wanting a menu: my name is Ginger!! Long story but they deserve recognition for their hard work!! Thank you guys!!!

This is our favorite Chinese Restaurant in the United States . We have been to Chinatown in NYC , Chicago , Washington D.C and none come close . The flavors are very authentic and so good . The prices are very modest and the service is always first rate . Best Chinese period , you may have to go to Switzerland to find a better dinning experience if you get lucky. That is how good the food is here .

I really enjoyed the restaurant. I will be giving it another try. The menu is huge. So much to choose from. Out of the 5 items we got 3 were great and the other 2 were ok. The bok choy, which I love to eat, lacked flavor. On the flip the green papaya salad and the scallion pancake were absolutely delicious. All in all I had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was very nice. Great for a date. I also enjoyed the oolong tea.

Delicious food and service
expectations. The establishment boasts an inviting and cozy atmosphere, setting it apart from typical sketchy Chinese restaurants. Our order was
pork fried rice, general Tao chicken, and black pepper pan-fried noodles, everything Was Good Just preferred better presentación; all of these dishes i highly
recommended . Accompanied by three soft drinks, the total amounted to was $60. The service was prompt and remarkable courtesy. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Ginger Bistro as the premier choice for Chinese cuisine in the Fort Myers area

Very low grade Chinese food. I was disappointed. There was barely any meat in the General Taos chicken and only fried globes of nastiness.
