The only Chinese food place I go to anymore. There's such lack of good ethnic food/ variety of cuisine in Ft Myers, so glad to have them as an option.

We had a great meal tonight at Ginger Bistro! The restaurant is very clean, and the staff is absolutely friendly and welcoming. The food was wonderful, flavorful, and served quickly — my water glass never went empty! One thing that really stood out is that they are Serve Safe certified, showing they’ve gone the extra mile to ensure food safety and quality. That gives a lot of confidence when dining out. Even the restroom was spotless, which says a lot about how well this place is cared for. Overall, a fantastic experience and a great spot for Asian food in Fort Myers. Highly recommend!

I find all the good reviews hard to believe. This was one of the worst Chinese meals we’ve had since moving to SWFL 10 years ago. The Mongolian beef was like shoe leather, the roti canai was pretty bad, undercooked greasy bread with a small bowl of watery sauce with no flavor that was supposed to be curry 🙄

I have ordered from this place a few times. I go in and eat it’s amazing! The last two times I ordered the salt and pepper calamari it has been gross and soggy by the time it gets to my house the first time I ordered it it made it great and the person at the ginger bistro put wholes in the to go container… hasn’t been done the last few times probably won’t order from here again. I will just eat there! It actually has water standing in the box!!

The food was excellent but the waitress we had didn’t bother to talk to us as soon as she took the orders. We finished our meal in about an hour and she passed by a few times. Ordered a small pot of jasmine tea which tasted good but didn’t get a refill because she ignored us. We feel sorry for the owner of this restaurant. It could be a much better place for people to enjoy the traditional Chinese cuisine if the waitress knew how to do her job.
Still the best dim sum in SWFL. Nobody's even close.
