Celebrated the eve of Chinese New Year at Ginger Bistro. First time eating there via reviews online. Our reservation was @7 but decided to go earlier. The restaurant located in a minimal strip shopping center that was very quiet. The only cars parked were near the restaurant. We were a bit hesitant to go inside but once we went inside the place was busy with customers eating, many tables with Asian guests eating(usually a good sign). We were thankful to get a table and cancelled...

We arrived at 11:30 and were seated very quickly. We had Dim Sum, which was fantastic! We had 7 different items, each with shrimp because that's what we like. We also had veggie fried rice. Everything was delicious. We hope your experience is as good & tasty as ours.

We had a great meal tonight at Ginger Bistro! The restaurant is very clean, and the staff is absolutely friendly and welcoming. The food was wonderful, flavorful, and served quickly — my water glass never went empty! One thing that really stood out is that they are Serve Safe certified, showing they’ve gone the extra mile to ensure food safety and quality. That gives a lot of confidence when dining out. Even the restroom was spotless, which says a lot about how well this place...
