Great American Cookies

Checked on Google, asked if they have birthday cookies in house, ready to go, answer was yes, well, after driving 7 miles to pick one up, turns out they don’t, they have to be ordered in advance.

I ordered a cake for my friends 30th birthday and the writing on the cake isn’t clean at all. I told the man working there (at 2pm today not sure of his name) that and his response was “well do you still want the cake”. Poor customer service offered no solution so I just took the cake, but I’m not happy with the result.

I was so so so disappointed! Where I live our Great American Cookie closed a long time ago, so when I seen they had one here I couldn't wait to get a few cookies! The cookie cake slices were undercooked and it was just a squiggle of frosting on the cookie. All the cookies we purchased were undercooked :( it definitely killed my vibe when I got back to my car and took the first bite! I even excused the fact of the bug (baby roach) that was crawling around on the chocolate chip cookie tray :( the owner was nice, but man, that seriously undercooked cookies are a no-no.

Our go to for birthdays! I shared a picture of what I wanted and they did such a great job. It got many compliments for my daughter’s first birthday. We will continue to use them for events.

Cake was not as ordered. Looks like a 5 year old threw it together. Asked for a partial refund and the guy refused although the cake looked nothing like it was suppose to. I feel like they will go out of business soon.

I am a repeat customer to this bakery, but this last time going, it has been taken under new ownership, and all I can say is WOW! Absolutely amazing staff! They have renovated the entire shop and treat this business with pride!I came to these lovely bakers with a vision, a massive, intricate vision, and man...did they deliver! I was so impressed, as was everyone that attended our sons' birthday party! We gave them a shotty drawing of what we wanted, and they turned it into a masterpiece! Months later, people still comment about how amazing our cookie cake was for our boys! I absolutely will use this bakery again!-Crazy Ashley!

I drive 45 mins each way to get my favorite cookies. This place never disappoints! The best cookies!!

Under new ownership. Staff was very friendly and responsive to my questions about food allergies. The cookies were fresh and soft. We ordered a double fudge, a peanut butter, and a strawberry crinkle cookie. We’ll be back!

Quality cookies, there is something for all tastes, good atmosphere inside the Edison Mall.

I order a cookie cake from them once a year for my wife's birthday and they screw it up each time. If it's ready for pickup at 1:00pm, you'll have to sit and wait until 2:00pm. Every. Year.
