Great American Cookies

Cake was not as ordered. Looks like a 5 year old threw it together. Asked for a partial refund and the guy refused although the cake looked nothing like it was suppose to. I feel like they will go out of business soon.

I am a repeat customer to this bakery, but this last time going, it has been taken under new ownership, and all I can say is WOW! Absolutely amazing staff! They have renovated the entire shop and treat this business with pride!I came to these lovely bakers with a vision, a massive, intricate vision, and man...did they deliver! I was so impressed, as was everyone that attended our sons' birthday party! We gave them a shotty drawing of what we wanted, and they turned it into a masterpiece! Months later, people still comment about how amazing our cookie cake was for our boys! I absolutely will use this bakery again!-Crazy Ashley!

I drive 45 mins each way to get my favorite cookies. This place never disappoints! The best cookies!!

Under new ownership. Staff was very friendly and responsive to my questions about food allergies. The cookies were fresh and soft. We ordered a double fudge, a peanut butter, and a strawberry crinkle cookie. We’ll be back!

Quality cookies, there is something for all tastes, good atmosphere inside the Edison Mall.

I order a cookie cake from them once a year for my wife's birthday and they screw it up each time. If it's ready for pickup at 1:00pm, you'll have to sit and wait until 2:00pm. Every. Year.

If I could give a zero I would. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK. I ordered my son’s 11th birthday cookie on 3/1/22. It was set for pickup on 3/8/22 at 11:15am. When I showed up today 3/8/22 at 11:15am, nobody was there (see pic). I called the number listed, no answer and no voicemail. Then I looked for a sign (thinking maybe the clerk took a quick break), no sign. I then walked to Books a Million and asked if they knew what was going on, they’d didn’t and directed me to security. I asked the security guard and he proceeded to call the mall manager. The mall manager got in contact with Great American Cookies and said “they’ll be there by 1:15pm.” What?I received a call from a hard to understand man at 1:20pm saying the cookie cake was ready. No apology or explanation just it’s ready, very rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I believe this is the only business in the entire mall that does not accept contactless payments (Google Pay.) Dillard's just began accepting it a few months ago. You guys really can't afford to get a new payment terminal so that your customers can pay more easily? I guarantee you're losing sales because of this inconvenience.
