Always good service good pizza real New York style pizza with fresh good mozzarell super thin and their salads are always awesome as well. Just don't go between 4:00 and 5:00 They stoke the oven..

I tried to leave a review from the email I received but it said it was expired. I had to wait about 10 minutes before I got my pizza which probably explains why it wasn’t even warm. I prefer my pizza very warm, don’t like cold pizza. But I will give another try just maybe eat inside and not do take out.

Waited 45 mins patiently after being told it would be a 20 min wait. Party of 6. At 45 mins we asked them if we could order our 3 pizzas ahead so that we could make our movie at 7:40. They told me that wasn't their problem and no I couldn't. Horrible customer service! I'm never going back. Meanwhile too when I asked if we could sit outside they told me we couldn't put 2 tables together outside and 5 different tables got sat out there. Whatever lol. The pizza ain't that good lol!

Extra Pepperoni Hot Honey Pizza will forever be a first choice favorite!! Managers and staff are all phenomenal and provide excellent service.

I will never go to Grimaldi’s again. I’m tired of expensive, mediocre pizza. They cannot get an order right, period. It’s unbelievable that the last three times I’ve been there, they’ve messed up my order. I’m done with this place. I hope other people have a better experience than I have had. Must be nice.
