The steak bowl was amazing. The meat was so tender I cut it with a plastic fork. Excellent seasoning. Service was friendly. Excellent portions, I’m a big boy too. Will definitely be back.

If I can give it zero I would not gonna lieee, confused why its called quac-mole and I go there and they have no guacamole… rice hard, olives taste weird jus overall a NO im disappointed ngl i had high hopes.

Everytime I come here they are out of something, out of queso out of sauce, no chips. Its a joke. You have 7 sauces on display window but only have sour cream. This place is clearly very poorly managed

We were waiting in line to get food as we have ate here before & enjoyed it. However this time (September 7th 2024 1:40pm) as I was looking at the screen to order, I noted a roach crawling across the menu screen. Completely lost my appetite & I will never eat here again & or in the mall in general. Absolutely disgusting!!!! I would not recommend eating here unless you wanna risk having roaches in your food or touching your food or their feces in or around their food or utensils & dishes. Look in pics I posted- bottom left corner. It crawled across the screen. GROSS! ?

Waited 35 minutes in line today to get to the front of the line to be told they are out of everything. Don't bother atleast on a Saturday.

I ordered the steak taco trio. As I was waiting in line, I saw a roach crawling in one of the TVs. I was hungry and didn’t want to change lines, so I made the mistake of giving them a chance.
The service was slow and the food was mediocre despite being pretty pricey. The quality of the individual ingredients was good, the steak especially. However the tacos were put together so sloppily that they were a chore to eat, even with a fork. The tortillas were soggy and many of the toppings were cold.
I paid $15 and left pretty dissatisfied. Next time I’ll just go to Charley’s.
