Bad ice cream, bad service. Had a weird smell and an off vibe.

The worst customer service ever! My 13 year old cousin waited patiently while two large women behind the counter took their time adding new barrels of ice cream into the freezers. Didn't even say hello or acknowledge us standing there. Just kept on with their own conversation. Stood there for over 5mins before one decided to talk to me without even looking up at me saying " you know what you want?" I push my cousin to speak up but the lady just kept walking around behind the counter talking to her co worker and another person on the other side of the counter. I got so upset I told my cousin we will just buy ice cream at the grocery store instead. So unprofessional. Will never give them any money from here on out

Absolutely love this place! We frequently go to the Edison mall and we always stop in at happy scoop!! The s'mores and cookie monster milkshakes are our favorite! The women who works behind the counter is always happy and playing music and having such great energy we just enjoy it! She even allows my daughter to come back and make her milkshakes sometimes! 10/10 recmmend !!!

Fantastic service - a delicious variety and super fun experience
Went to get a quart of ice cream it was 11 and some change and it was not even filled up. I would just think if you paid that much for ice cream you would get your monies worth. Staff was nice and friendly I just don’t agree with the portion sizes.

Very very disappointed, young man behind the counter with his pants falling off while serving people with kids including my own. Unprofessional and inappropriate while children are around. No one needs to see that.
