Food was ok. It would have been better if the fried rice was actually fried. For someone who had never been there before, it would have been nice to know where to pick my order up. I brought the buzzer to the counter not knowing which bag was mine it was confusing and the people seemed rushed.

I usually call and order the same thing. they changed ownership in December and my usual order was much less of a serving condensed into a smaller togo container and it didn’t come with a small salad like it used to. Super disappointed. Not going to return

We were the second customers in and placed a small to go order with one hibachi item and one sushi roll. They said it would be 20 minutes, took 50. Asked for our money back and they had no clue how to do it.

It's my first time to buy at this Hibachi and I ordered Chicken Hibachi and Beef Hibachi Entree almost$30 .I had it to go and I was surprised it's not even 5.mins it's already ready.
It looks good but when I came home and prepared for my husband , it was so chewy and kind of old beef that was cooked already for.few days .And so with my son I gave him the Chicken Hibachi same thing he just threw the food in the garbage.
PLease.makes sure you have to prepare your food fresh and needs to be cooked properly if not I will complain to the health department .Makes sure you give the food fresh and not rotten .
Watch out to this restaurant.We went there around 6 pm .

Ask for a receipt because they are thieves. My order cost $45 and the tip was $5 rounding up to a total of $50. My bank recorded a spend of $70 at this location. I will claim my $20!! Thieves!!! Scammers!!!

Normally I like this place but today I don’t know what went wrong but the rolls I bought were slimy and tasted just like it had gone bad I was already all the way home so I couldn’t just go back but it’s disappointing to have spent money just to go in the garbage:(

Food was bland, rice had no flavor. Paid 17.30 for the tab and they would give me an eel sauce for my roll. They were so petty they wanted to charge me for it. Any other place I go, they will provide sauce for your roll. Its not like they gave me other sauces and I was being wasteful. So for 50 cents they lost all my business and every one with me.

Absolutely speedy and incredible food. I always order two hibachi chicken entrees and in the allotted time it takes to go to the bathroom and back the food is all wrapped up and ready to go. Food is always incredible and has the best yum yum sauce i’ve had by far. I always have a shrimp allergy with cross contamination and i’ve yet to have an allergic reaction when eating their food. Makes me feel safe and confident when i order food from there. Staff is absolutely kind and will give you good recommendations for deals if a lunch deal is in effect.
I haven’t eaten in store but every time i pass all the tables, they’re clean and floors have no food or garbage on them. Nice environment for when you want to have a sit down lunch.
Hibachi steak option is also a good choice.

Loved that they do honor to their name EXPRESS!! It took literally 15 mins to get our food and it was so fresh. Even sushi and Hibachi. Very good service.
