Was sitting at the bar in the airport. In front of me is the ice well where they make mix drinks. 2 or 3 times employees ( not behind the bar ) but on the floor, grabbing the handle of the pouring there personal pops, and letting the gun drop back into the ice sometimes squirting pop in the ice well !!!!! Disgusting and gross!!!
Undercooked chicken, fruit flies everywhere, my feet stuck to the floor (seriously) and even the Mac and cheese was awful. Airport restaurants set a low bar, but this place redefines “dump”.

Had an early flight, I was there around 6:45-7am. Wanted some breakfast, but Shulas was closed. Went to Starbucks instead and had the worst cup of coffee I’ve ever had in my life. Idk how long that coffees been sitting out, but it may have been all night. Not a good look for the airport or this company yikes.

Just past security in Concourse C there weren’t many options so we choose pizza knowing our 2 yr old would eat it. Orders the Cheese pizza meal but they were out of breadsticks so we opted to just get 3 slices of pizza and 2 sodas. We received our food and the girl walked off out of the stand. We stood around for a few minutes before the other girl said ‘she went to get our supervisor to check you out’. Interesting but we went with it. We ordere 2 fountain comes as well. Laid $25 for the meal only to be told they didn’t have ice but the soda should still be cold. This was after I paid with a card, so instead of dealing with a refund and a toddler running everywhere we took our food and drinks with no ice and left. Only to realize we had cold pizza. I’ve been in the service industry for 20+ years and rarely write reviews but I just couldn’t get past this service.

98% of the hms employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. You guys should be ashamed to have such people working in your establishments. Never been to such a terrible Starbucks or Burger King in my life. Looks TERRIBLE on those companies. DO BETTER

The gentleman in the picture told me to seat myself even though the posted sign said to wait to be seated. Attempted to order through QR code but got an order that it was blocked till my server opened it. Multiple employees continue to check on already served customers, but myself and 3 other new customers were completely ignored. Two customers walked out before I did. Gave up waiting after 10-15 minutes and walked out. Took a picture of this employee and he threatened me for supposedly taking his picture on private property. I informed him I was no longer inside his store and on public property, but he then insisted I was on “private federal property”. He appears to be both too lazy to work and ignorant that the county owns the airport and it’s indeed public property where he has no rights to privacy.
Starbucks still not open st 5:30. Employee us new, alone, and doesn’t know how to turn equipment on. Great job HMS
Very unknowable staffing and the price on scan bar does not match actual prices being charged. I have spoken to the personnel and all they could tell me was price scanned were wrong. Being charged much higher price if you’re not diligent.
Went to Shula's at RSW. Instead of a printed menu we had to use a mobile ordering system that did not work well and was quite annoying. What should have been a pleasant lunch was an unpleasant experience.
The Ft Myers airport is a wreck. So many people hanging out due to canceled flights. Waited an hour and a half in line to eat at Palm City. The staff is amazing and is handling this fiasco with calm and efficiency. It appears that Mario is the manager and is handling things with organization, excellent customer service and an attitude that puts everyone on the staff at ease! He should be promoted and rewarded!!!
