I love there food but sometimes it's mooshy from the Greece not being drained before the putting in there containers cause condensation and steam so everything is mooshy

UPDATE: the manager at this location was COMPLETELY useless when I called to express my dissatisfaction from a take out order I had the other night. To him complaints must be made immediately, apparently. He thought I would still have the food almost 2 days later. Really? Stupid question dude. I was in the hospital is why I didn't call immediately but he wasn't willing to hear me out. Clearly he was not interested in providing good customer service. He was more interested in interrogating me like I'm lying and trying to pull a fast one to get free food because me contacting him didn't happen in his "timeframe." I'm so sorry. NOT! It's highly insulating to treat customers that way especially when the food here is pretty damn expensive to begin with, even though it's in the hood and the clientele there are very scary. I definitely will not be going back and spending almost $30 on 1 meal after this dismissive treatment. They only give 1 half filled tiny container of cocktail sauce for 10 shrimp. Seriously! And their conch was very chewy and overcooked this last time. This was my first review before this incident.... Well even though it's basically in the ghetto on MLK, don't go late at night, it does have really great food. The wings, shrimp, conch and coleslaw were deelish. The grouper was basically bland. However, they did want to charge a $1 for each small ranch dip cup. I didn't know ranch dressing was so expensive that they are trying to charge for it. But then they give you a bunch of sauces with your meal that you didn't even ask for versus asking what you need because I would have needed ranch for my fries. The prices are kinda high but what isn't these days? However they do give good sized portions of everything. I'll certainly go back. It was worth it.

I come here often and it doesn’t usually disappoint. I had the shrimp and snapper and fries. The shrimp was cooked perfect the snapper was on the dry side but still really good and the fries are average but being honest I don’t go for the fries. They have some of the best breading on their shrimp anywhere. They don’t disappoint on the food but for the ft Myers location the inside is usually on the dirty side in the dining area. This time i was there for a lunch meeting taking a friend for the first time and the tv was so loud you had to lean in across the table to talk to each other. Then another patron sitting next to us hanging out on FaceTime with someone with no regard to others. A cook came out to hand some their food and I asked them if they could turn the tv down some and they looked at me like really? lol. It’s all good. I typically will go to north ft Myers location because we can sit outside. All in all the food is awesome and I have taken many friends there but to make it top notch it would be nice to see some attention taken to the dining room and update it a little and turn the tv off.

Every time I have ordered from this location I am not 100% satisfied with my purchases. The gizzards were hard and over done despite the fact that I specifically asked them to not over fry. The wings and shrimp are just ok not stellar, nothing to write home about. To be brutally honest I actually prefer to drive 10 min more to the NFM location just over the 41 bridge. I will not rave about them too hard here out of courtesy, but the food is fresher and better prepared at the NFM location. I have reviewed them in the past and the 5 star still stands true.

Lately half or more than half of my french fries have been cold. Even when ordering at their busiest time of the night. Trying to rush to get people out the drive thru.

I’ve ordered from them several times never had an issue yesterday we ordered our normal, which was the shrimp dinners, catfish dinner and we got a side order of oysters. My son ate the shrimp dinner. I had the catfish and oyster and I got very sick. I called to let them know they need to look at their oysters. They didn’t taste right I only ate a few. I called them to let them know. They need to check their oysters because I didn’t get sick from them and they hung up on me not cool.
