It was our first time there. We got seated quickly with a reservation outside was beautiful. A food was good not as flavorful as I hoped but it was good. Prices are reasonable and we get in and out quickly.
The service was TERRIBLE!! Our waiter didn't care that we were there. Took forever to get drink order and when it arrived it was wrong. Waited again. Waiter never returned. Said something to Hostess and she wanted to argue with us. 2nd drink order was incorrect. Again. Terrible service and they didn't seem to care

Our table for 8 was ready and waiting for us, our server was very friendly and caring and everyone enjoyed the St. Patrick's Day corned beef dinner! The cod fish sandwich was bland and lacked flavor, and the soup "bowl" size is very small for $10, but the rest of our meals were wonderful.

Lovely table inside, great variety on bar & food menu, attentive service. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Casual, but upscale. It is a chain, but does not feel like one. Overall, would recommend you give Burntwood a try!

We enjoy the casual atmosphere here. You can eat in or out under the covered patio. The food is good and the staff is friendly. I also like that they take reservations. This is a good place for appetizers and drinks!
Had a wrong cocktail served to us. Chili came out cold. Cook on chops was not consistent. Live music was excessively loud for the space in the restaurant. Very difficult to carry on a conversation. Not a good first impression.
We had reservations for 6pm and it took forever to be waited on. Unfortunately our server had a large party he was trying to service. I felt bad for him. We placed our drink and dinner order at the same time. It took a while to get our drinks. Later we got our food order and it was only Luke warm. The manager came over and was very apologetic about our order. My friend had the fish which was a $36. Plate and it was room temperature. The manager took it off her bill, which was good of her. I'm not sure we will be back.

We always like Burntwood Tavern. The tater tots were too well done and hard to eat. Also I don't know what can be done but we ate outside there was six of us and 4 of us were pooped on by birds.

I booked for a Sunday brunch w friends due to better than average reviews. Found the experience well below average. Live performer was a nice touch but too loud for the space. Food was underseasoned and over cooked but barely warm. Very disappointing. Would not go back. Ever.

The process was smooth. Arrived at 6pm for our reservation and got seated immediately. Desiree our waitress was very good and made us feel welcomed since it was our anniversary. Food was great and drinks definitely were a plus. Would recommend this place for any occasion
